Mike and his crew did an excellent job putting our new kitchen together and keeping costs reasonable. We have all new stained wood cabinets and pantry with roll out drawers and a place for trash and recyclables. Granite countertops, coordinating tile backsplash, and seating for 2-4 people. Existing hard wood floors were refinished and new lighting shows it all off. All of Mike’s crew were pleasant to have around and efficient doing their jobs. They even finished ahead of schedule!

I have worked with Ryan at Mike Welch builders to complete multiple projects at our home. He and his team have built out a basement bathroom from scratch and completely renovated four additional bathrooms in the upstairs of the home, including the primary. Ryan provided a variety of options that allowed us to decide how extensive of a makeover we could tackle while staying within our budget. They did an exceptional job! Ryan provided thorough and timely communication and each project was completed on time and on budget. Recently, we had a pipe burst in our home and needed major repairs to every level of the house. Ryan and his team were able to get the work done quickly and seamlessly in such a way you would never know that hundreds of gallons of water had flowed through the house! They were able to assist with reviewing the insurance claim and budget and assist us in effectively communicating with our insurance agent and getting the work we needed done.

I'm so glad Mike Welch Builder was recommended to replace my 2 shower stalls, an exterior door and an interior door. Ryan Welch brought his broad building experience and only works with the best local contractors. I was happy with the competitive price for all the work and the great communication throughout the entire project.

I had a whole house remodel. It was a 9 month project. Mike Welch Builders hired skilled craftsmen to turn a dream into reality. As any remodel can be a challenge, the contractor had great communications skills always keeping me aware of timeline and what to expect. There were never any budgetary surprises. And I felt the remodel went as smooth as possible. In the end, I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend Mike Welch and his crew.
