The contractor seemed responsive and tried to be communicative mostly by text and personal meetings when asked. Started 8/5/24 and after mudding the drywall sent a text saying it needed to dry and then they would be back to work Monday 9/2/24. After not showing up on Monday, I started texting asking where they were and I received the following text, "Mr. Tomas, we asked for a loan for the company, but we failed. The funds will only be available on the 15th of this month and we will start again with your project." Starting on the 9/16/24, I attempted contact and have received no response from the contractor. There is a lot of work to be done and I have paid 94% of the agreed costs plus $1593 out of pocket for bathroom fixtures and vanity.

If I could give this company?s zero I would. I contracted with them for a kitchen remodel. After paying 2,400 up front I made some minor changes that I was more than willing to pay for. They initially said they did not want to continue with the project, so o agreed to pay an additional $2000 for the minor changes. They demolished my kitchen and the work they did was not to code ( per several other contractors) and then they ghosted me. Thirty days later after the excuse of ordering custom cabinets they were very nasty and refused to even attempt to finish the work. I am now perusing them in court as I now have to have everything they did redone. Mr. Ramos is a very unprofessional man and is extremely rude. So not hire this company. My layer informed me there is no such company listed.

I was thinking of remodeling it myself, I started it myself but it was impossible due to time and experience since it is a big job for me. I contacted this contractor. He arrived with his great team and the work was finished in 27 days. New electricity, plumbing, a full bathroom and 2 more rooms. References for this business are positive since they have done a great job

basement was my job, it took them 3 years to remodel my basement, they did a perfect job, the price of the project was exceptional and they came back to me just to give an opinion about them and my opinion is that they are the best and I will always speak highly of them because in my opinion opinion they are the best

remodel my entire house, bathrooms, floor, paint, trim, kitchen, I have done it phenomenally, it has been a great job and it was a job in which they put a lot of effort and worked hard. May God continue to give them more projects because they are a great team. God bless them forever.

I can not say anything more than that it was amazing. The completion of my basement was completely finished. It was a fair price and an incredible job.

a great group well organized efficient professionals it took 23 days to finish my basement I added. a bathroom and a bar and a mini kitchen was also an amazing job I definitely recommend them
