Tarantola Remodeling

"Basement - Remodel" doesn't really cover it for our project. We added a great room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In other words, about half a house. I can describe the Tarantola crew's knowledge and execution, both collectively and individually, in three words: "Attention to detail". I grew up in and around commercial and residential construction and I've done some of every one of the jobs required of Tarantola for our project. I was trained to be 'picky', so I am 'picky'. And, I can honestly say that I am not only happy with what they have done, but also proud of what they did and how they did it. Since the late 80's I've built and/or remodeled homes across several states around the country. And, over time, as those projects unwound, I became increasingly convinced that the work ethic that I grew up around was dying, if not dead. Well, I'm happy to report that we here in the KC area have at least one example to prove that there are still people in the business who care.

Tarantola Remodeling was a perfect choice for the small job we requested. Joe found countertop fabricators to make a custom vanity out of Corian just as we wanted. His crew was professional, tidy, respectful and a pleasure to have in our home. I would definitely recommend Tarantola Remodeling for any home remodeling project.

I can't recommend Joe and his crew highly enough! Prompt, honest, fair price, good communication and excellent work. They completely redid 2 bathrooms as well as tile, hardwood, quartz, backsplash, reconfigured kitchen island and hood and electrical work - always ready to go the extra mile. I couldn't be happier. It took longer but this is quality. Concrete shower pan, tiled shower walls. Its beautiful. New countertops and sinks, painted the bath and bedroom. Love it.

They flipped our house back to front and completed a top to bottom remodel. The pictures speak for themselves.

Joe and his team are outstanding. They put in new granite countertops, backsplash, installed new sink and garbage disposal, and painted our cabinets. And for WAY less than another quote we got. The teams working on each of the projects were on time, courteous, detail oriented, contentious and really knew wheat they were doing. And Joe was in touch with us every step of the way. We could but be happier!!! HIGHLY recommend!!

We had unfortunately lost money when another contractor took our deposit and never performed any work on our basement remodel. I called Tarantola Remodeling and Joe came out to our house, gave us a very competitive bid and was able to start the job quickly. He called me every night to see if I was satisfied with the work that had been performed and would tell me who would be at the job the next day, what time they would arrive and the work they would be doing. All of his crew were polite and hard working. My wife and I are very pleased and would definitely use Joe again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Joe and his crew. They were here when they said they would be and kept me informed as to what they were going to do that day. If Joe wasn't here that day he would call that evening to make sure everything went ok and that I was satisfied with the work. The tile work was some of the best I had ever seen. Robby, Jason and Ross did one terrific job and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

This was our third bathroom remodel done by Tarantula Remodeling. This time it was a master bath complete remodel, so it was a big project. From beginning to end, our experience was excellent. Joe met with us several times & was sure to be there the first day to introduce the man who would actually be doing our remodel & left his number in case I had any issues since it was just going to be my baby & me at the house all week. The man Israel who did our remodel was very friendly & professional. He tried very hard to keep the spaces he was working in clean from dust & debris. He always layed down tarps to protect our carpet. He worked very hard & the end result was perfection. We are very pleased with Taratola Remodeling & we would definitely use them again !

We hired Joe Tarantola's remodeling to update and bring our bathroom up to ADA compliant codes. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our job done. They came within budget and within a reasonable time frame. The company is well represented by Israel who is very attentive to detail and a artist with tileing.
