"Empire did an incredible job on our basement remodel. I thought they offered great advice on the design, while also letting us do what we wanted to do. Communication was great. It was a fairly big project, so there were inevitable issues, but I always felt they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the end result. I make every attempt to spend my money locally as Affinity is locally owned.The owner Justin in my opinion was the one that was honest and Frank with regard to cost estimates that fit my needs. As the job got underway Justin was welcoming about any changes that I had. His employees, Mike and crew were attentive and responsive to my requirements during the build and offered good suggestions/alternatives to my ideas. Thanks guys!!
