  I was very disappointed. None of the above questions revealed my disappointment. I think there was a misunderstanding probably on my part. I was under the impression that they were going to pack some of my things. As it turned out they packed nothing and did not even have any boxes. I had to be out of my apartment by 5 o’clock so I ended up having to leave a few things to meet the deadline. They told me my mounted TV could be taken down by them but they were not able to mount it. I agreed with that but they did not take down the TV it was still on the wall when I went into that room. Hopefully I learn something from this move

  Terrible company, they are liars and broke everything they moved for my mother and then refused to answer. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU DO IF YOU GET THE POOR SERVICE THAT WAS RENDERED TO US, YOU WERE WARNED. Broke her bed post, riped her memory foam bed and put holes in the edges, broke her tiled table, destroyed her couch, lost a whole box of clothes, spilt candle wax from a wax burner all over her 88 inch television stand without cleaning it up, and sent her home as a senior citizen with all unusable but once usable furniture and refuses to answer the phone. I would be far from surprised if they decided to hide the comment instead of fix the problem. But if you've seen my post even for a minute believe me, please trust me, if you are about to put your expensive belongings into their moving possession consider them destroyed while also considering the run around to them never taking responsibility
