"Mission Painting was hands down, the best painting company to bid on our house. I contacted 5 total companies for an estimate and they were by far the best service. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire bidding process. They sent me prompt emails. They were head-and-shoulders better than all the other companies during the bid phase. Once the project actually began they did a fantastic job. Yes, they are more expensive than some of the other bids I received but this was an important project for our home and I was happy to get what I paid for. My absolute favorite aspect of their service is that they assign a project manager to each and every job. The project manager checked in with me every day of the job and was on-site to answer all of my questions. This was something I wish every contractor offered. They REALLY set a new standard for customer service expectations for me. They cut no corners. They did everything the right way. They treated my house EXACTLY how I would have treated it if I were doing the work myself. They fixed any small thing I asked for and made sure I was happy when they finished the work. After the work was completed they came back and did a full walkthrough with me to check everything. We found a couple of things that I wanted to be fixed and they did it, no questions asked. Again, I wish every contractor took the time to stand behind their work and actually check in when they are finished. If you are looking to have your house painted and you value the home you are taking care of this is a no-brainer.
