I cannot list all the issues we had with Dennis Ammon and Xterior Solutions. His work was shawty. He was not thorough and missed a lot of what he was hired to repair. His lack of communication and unreliability are his better qualities but he goes even lower than that. After 3 weeks of trying to get a hold of him to complete the job I paid him for, we had to dispute the credit card payment to get him to respond. Once the credit card company pulled the payment, he shows up the next day. Go figure! He agreed to finish the upper part of the wall but only at an additional charge to rework the job he knew I was in a difficult situation with other contractors waiting for him to complete his work. To top it off he was to refund the duplicate payment from my credit card but shorted us $650 claiming he has to pay income taxes on the duplicate payment. Unbelievable! When I called him on this bs, his response was, I could have been a jerk and kept it all and drove off. This speaks volumes of this guys integrity. I am on a fixed income and people like him who take advantage of people like us give the profession a bad name. Stay away from this company if you do not want to be ripped off.

Very happy with the professionalism of this company. They started immediately and when they were finished you didnâ t even know they had been there. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with choosing Xterior Solutions. They got the work started within a week, cleaned up after themselves, and promptly responded to any questions I had.

I called Builders Stone and Masonry back in September to obtain a quote for stucco repair. I was given the cell phone number of Dennis Ammon, their project manager. Dennis came out quickly to bid, and the price was competitive. The problems started when work started on the property. Workers did not show up on schedule, failed to show up when promised, did not properly communicate when they were not going to show, did not properly apply stucco and had to fix the work repeatedly, painted the tape of the painter onto the stucco which is still present, and did not properly match the paint to the house or the trim. When I say it did not match, I mean it really did not match. It looks pinkish to peaches-ish to be exact. The house is a greyish color and the trim is more in the almond family. Dennis apologized, stated he could even see it did not properly match (apparently he is colorblind, and the interaction is recorded on our Ring doorbell), and stated his team would repaint it. My husband and I stated we would choose the paint colors to avoid matching problems again. We sent him swatches via text almost 2 months ago. To date, Dennis and his team have failed to come back to match up the paint, despite repeated text messages. Until today, Dennis was also failing to respond to text messages as well. In the last message, I stated he had until 1-Mar-2021 to repaint, or we were going to hire someone else to repaint it, and would deduct it from the initial quote. Dennis finally texted me back. Now, Dennis claims he told us the paint was never going to be a perfect match and implied he was not coming back out to fix the problem despite having the promise in writing, via text message, and recorded on our Ring doorbell. I would not recommend Builders Stone and Masonry or Dennis Ammon. The business card Dennis gave me was listed as Xterior Solutions LLC, assuming it is a subsidiary of Builders Stone and Masonry.

The did an amazing job! They were very professional, quick and cleaned up after. They did a great job!!! I would highly recommend them!

The work he did was just beautiful. He was very professional. They cleaned up after themselves. We could not ask for anything better.
