I was concerned about the water heater anode since the water heater is 8 years old. The technician asked about the water coming from the water heater and smells or colorization of the hot water. It was decided the anode is fine at this time. Due to my flushing the water heater every 6 months that probably will extend the life of the anode. The technician, whose name was Jacob, asked about any other plumbing issues I knew about that might needed attention. I was given estimates for making the needed repairs by email in the early afternoon. They do good work but expect that it will cost more than some plumbing companies."

I received a call immediately after looking them up and they scheduled me for Monday at 8:30am. They came out checked under the house to make sure the holding tank was still holding the vacuum.
