It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. "Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is easy to work with. Because they are a premier company the cost of service is high but they do stand behind their service. I was concerned about the water heater anode since the water heater is 8 years old. The technician asked about the water coming from the water heater and smells or colorization of the hot water. It was decided the anode is fine at this time. Due to my flushing the water heater every 6 months that probably will extend the life of the anode. The technician, whose name was Jacob, asked about any other plumbing issues I knew about that might needed attention. I was given estimates for making the needed repairs by email in the early afternoon. They do good work but expect that it will cost more than some plumbing companies."
