Overall they did a great job.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a service performed by Alexis Montano, an Angi-listed provider. On July 8, 2025 Mr. Montano contacted me by text at 2:52 PM from 1-916-382-8962, requesting I return the call at 316-390-3295. I called back at 3:32 PM, and he agreed to inspect the issue that afternoon. He arrived around 3:50 PM with a second individual. After inspecting the pump relay, he removed it and left to obtain a replacement. He returned with an Orbit relay in a boxed case, removed the relay from the new case and installed the relay into the existing housing, and successfully restarted the well. Both individuals departed around 5:00 PM. I was charged $485 plus tax for this service. Based on the scope of work, this price is excessive and unjustified. The job required minimal troubleshooting and a single part replacement, which could have been completed by one technician. The Orbit relay retails for approximately $50, and even with a reasonable markup and labor, the total should have ranged between $200 $300. I am requesting: A refund of $200 plus applicable tax, reflecting the overcharge, A formal review of this provider s pricing practices, A notation in Angi s system regarding the fairness and transparency of this provider s billing. I did not receive value commensurate with the price charged, and I expect Angi to uphold its commitment to consumer protection and service integrity. Please advise on next steps and resolution.

They did a great job. Very efficient, professional and got the clog cleared, even though it was a bit more than we all expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done. I will also hire them again.
