Tier 1 Plumbing LLC

David installed a tankless water heater years ago that we are still enjoying . More recently he was called to repair or replace old plumbing. He was very professional, he stopped all the leaks with his repairs , we definitely would call on him again when needed !

I always call on Tier 1 Plumbing. Ever since I heard of them, they are the only ones I want to use. They came out immediately both times I’ve used them and absolutely knew what to do. The first time they reattach my plumbing for my downstairs toilet and totally fixed it. The second time had to do with installing a brand new gas line and they knew all the connections and it was done perfectly! I couldn’t be happier!

I called David Bradshaw for a facet replacement and a pipe leak. He told me to buy facet when he came out⠦⠦he would return to put on after we open the wall up to fix broken pipe⠦⠦.he said he would come back and do facet after purchasing. I paid him $100 dollars. He returned Friday (had insurance agent and serve pro people there too) and said he would have to come back on Monday afternoon. Called Monday and said he couldnâ t come till Tuesday. Came on Tuesday⠦⠦& â ¦.had to go to Home Depot to get something â ¦.(why didnâ t he tell me to get when I got the facet.) He then repaired pipe and replaced facet ( used my towels in bathroom to clean up mess) . Then gave me a bill for 2.5 hours labor ⠦⠦.parts ⠦⠦⠦and was trying to charge me $100 more for coming on Friday and staying 10 minutes and not putting on facet⠦⠦..when I objected⠦⠦⠦told me to never call him again!!!! Tried to over charge me and wonâ t work again bc I caught him!!! He did decent work, but I donâ t appreciate someone that tries to rip me off!!!

Great communication prior to completing the job. The job was done in a timely manner for a reasonable price.

David was phenomenal! He was able to run lines in places that other plumbing companies couldnâ t without destroying part of my finished basement. In the end the work was done wonderfully, and he even checked in the next day to ensure the reverse osmosis system was working properly. Amazing value for a great price. Highly recommend Tier 1 Plumbing!

Did a great job running a gas line for my new stove. He didnt even have to cut any holes in my bi level home to get it done which i was worried about bc i have popcorn ceilings that could be difficult to match up. Very friendly.

The service provider arrived on time and did not waste a minute while he installed my new garbage disposal. He was friendly, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He was aware of the reliability of different products and helped me determine which disposal would best meet my needs. He cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely ask him (Tier 1) to complete any project around my house. I live alone and feel great confidence knowing there is someone on whom I can rely if something goes wrong around my house. Charge for service is also reasonable.

Showed up when he said he would. Tenant raved about how nice he was. Got the job done. Tenant said I should add him to my list of contractors. I definitely will!

David was great made sure everything was good to go and double checked everything. Great price highly recommend.

Very friendly, conscientious, helpful, and obviously well experienced. Got the job done quickly and thoroughly answered all my questions and offered advice which I really appreciated! Before he left he doubled check to make sure there were no leaks, he did it perfectly. From now on I know who I will use for all my plumbing needs and happily recommend him to anyone whoever asks!

Gave very fair estimates on the work needed. He ended up doing a whole home filter, water softener, RO system, sewage ejector. He even noticed my sump pump wasn't working properly and worked with the builder to get it replaced under warranty! He answers his calls and even came out to my house on a day off to to adjust pressure on my RO tank! He also adjusted my on demand hot water tank to our specs. Great guy to work with. Would highly recommend David and his team!
