"I learned the hard way that Ryan’s is not a competent landscape company. Do not use them if you want them to install adequate or good looking landscaping. The installed our front landscaping three years ago with a plan that showed lots of plants that looked nice on the sheet of paper they gave us. They planted tiny plants very sparsely and it had no hope of ever looking good. Their plan included almost no evergreens so it looks like we have no landscaping most of the year. They did a very poor job of landscaping it and got very small plants. For 12,000 dollars it looks like we planted it ourselves over a weekend. This is what our landscaping looks like after three years. It needs to be torn out and redone."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had they had to come out several times to redo the ac and heat scratched the truck in my driveway, bringing in the heater. They left the gas on my hot water heater but didn?t turn on my hot water heater then when they came back out to fix the issues and pick up the trash and tools they left they left the pipe for the gas not tightened so gas filled my house then when we got our inspection from the city they failed it the gas vent wasn?t done correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone talked to Steve he was going to find out more about the issues I had but never called me back "

To clean a trash can with maggots, combine chlorine bleach and hot water in a 1-to-1 ratio and pour about half a gallon of the solution into the bottom of your garbage can. Just make sure there aren’t holes in the can before doing so. Close the lid, and let the fumes go to work to kill the maggots. Rinse the can with a hose outside. Consider finishing up with a bleach disinfectant and a scrub brush before letting the can dry completely. You can also consider hiring an exterminator near you for a quick, easy solution to maggots in your garbage cans.

You can use commercial repellents to help deter rodents, but they often have mixed results. A better solution is preventing rodents from getting under your home in the first place. Using steel wool or foam sealer, plug all potential entry points like gaps and cracks in the foundation. 

Also, consider installing hardware cloth or wire mesh over vents, utility openings, and any openings under the porch or foundation. Regular inspections and maintenance will aid in early detection and prevention, ensuring a rodent-free environment beneath your house.

Stink bugs don't build nests, but they do like to hang around out of sight. They typically hide in cracks, crevices, and tight spaces within buildings, especially during the colder months. They are often found in attics, crawl spaces, and along walls or ceilings. To find them, give these areas a detailed inspection, particularly around windows, doors, and vents.

Alongside selecting the best bait for an iguana trap, the location, position, and timing play a part. If the lizards have a burrow in your yard or regularly take the same route, place the trap there during the day. Iguanas are diurnal and most active during the day. A shady spot is best to keep the animal comfortable. And don’t forget to pick a level surface or stabilize the trap with a brick—iguanas are less likely to enter if it’s wobbly.
