"These guys were VERY prompt to get a softener installed when my old one stopped working. The new Hague unit uses FAR less salt than my old one, which is great. We had one fitting leak on the pre-filter, which was due to a hairline crack on the housing. This was not their fault at all, but they came right out and replaced the entire unit at no charge.
