"My brother and, my father before him, have relied on the excellent work and competitive bids for the wrapping of soffit and eaves, basement window replacements and, most recently, the two bathrooms remodeled which my brother and his wife absolutely love. Because of that high recommendation, I always give Mid America Exteriors, and their great salesman and project coordinator, Seth, a chance at bids. The most recent bid was quite competitive for replacement windows, which are top of the line, but was not in my budget at the present time since I had higher priority improvements that needed to be done first. In the excitement of the great deal Seth made, I signed but had to back out days later because of the other things I needed to get done first. I would like to thank the owner, Dave Becker, for allowing me to back out of the deal. Dave is a excellent person and a perfect gentlemen and I can see why both my brother, and my father (God rest his soul) have relied on Mid America Exteriors for their needed home improvements over the past 20 years. They always put in very quality products and at very competitive price. I would recommend Mid America for whatever work you need to have done on your home. They should always be a go to for a bid. "I'd gotten a number of estimates for the work before deciding on this provider.  It's an older home with a partial basement, but also a crawl space and utility bills were awfully high because of the poor existing fiberglass insulation.  
The owner of the company, Mr. Garrison, actually came out to personally bid on the job and guaranteed the work.  He offered a few different options, and  I was impressed with his knowledge and the time he took to explain exactly what his people were going to do.  His initial bid was competitive, and his people were able to start fairly soon after I hired them.
The actual job came in a little under the estimate, and I was impressed by how quickly it was finished.  The cost to heat the home was significantly less this winter, and I definitely appreciated that.  The owner and his employees were very courteous, friendly, and professional, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
