Terrible. Ended up wasting my entire day and screwing up my project schedule. Missed his appointment, couldn't coordinate his crew, and then was on rude on top of it. Worst contractor experience I've ever had. Stay away!

It took awhile for them to be available to do since they were busy and job got delayed twice since they were behind on another job but since it has been done there has been a noticeable difference in how my house maintains temperature. They are quick and professional on the job site and do a good job of keeping the mess to a minimum.

It took awhile to get everything in order. When I first contacted these folks they wanted square footage of my house which is inclusive of each room. I am not a contractor and was not good at measurements when I was in school so that part was difficult. So difficult in fact that the owner had to make an appointment come to my house to do the measurements. We had to reschedule once because he was ill but he did show up on time to the rescheduled an appointment. He gave me a good estimate and the following day his secretary called and made an appointment with me to get the work done. When the time came for my work to be done they had to reschedule me again because they fell behind due to a project ran over. The guy and his helper did show up on the date rescheduled and did the job. To be honest I cannot really rate the job they did yet because it is September and I am waiting for winter to hit to see how warm or cool my bedroom is. My suggestion to anybody that wants to work with this company is to leave your schedule wide open because changes do come about and most likely the work will not get done when you needed to get done.

First off the job I was wanting done was a small job. I installed a window in the mud room and when I removed the paneling in the wall to cut the hole for the window, I found unexpected voids in the wall from the previous work. I also put up a stud wall in the west of the mud room. My original plan was to fully insulate with foam the mud room because it was the only room in the house left exposed to outside temperature changes. I expected to pay fully for the work.
Chris, owner and president of Air Tight, came over to give me a proper estimate for the work I wanted done. I showed Chris all that I wanted done from the garage end first and then I showed him the wall with the newly installed window. He noticed the voids in the wall and was surprised because his company "does not do substandard work," as Chris put it. I was prepared to pay for the new work I wanted done, but he told me Air Tight of Kansas would do it for free.
Air Tight of Kansas stands behind their work more than a 100%. I could not be happier with the insulation. The house stays  warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer with the new heating and cooling system without sky high bills. There is no more creaking or popping with the change in temperature any longer. As an added bonus to the foam insulation, there is less movement do to strong winds, one can hardly hear the wind or rain for that matter.
The employees are excited about their product and that excitement I picked up on at the Home Show, where I was introduced to foam installation as a retrofit option. The cost was reasonable and I expect to pay less in gas and electricity for heating and cooling over the next few years.
I highly recommend Air Tight of Kansas for new construction and remodeling for your insulation needs.

I'd gotten a number of estimates for the work before deciding on this provider.  It's an older home with a partial basement, but also a crawl space and utility bills were awfully high because of the poor existing fiberglass insulation.  
The owner of the company, Mr. Garrison, actually came out to personally bid on the job and guaranteed the work.  He offered a few different options, and  I was impressed with his knowledge and the time he took to explain exactly what his people were going to do.  His initial bid was competitive, and his people were able to start fairly soon after I hired them.
The actual job came in a little under the estimate, and I was impressed by how quickly it was finished.  The cost to heat the home was significantly less this winter, and I definitely appreciated that.  The owner and his employees were very courteous, friendly, and professional, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

My family owns several large metal buildings used to store some pretty expensive farm and ranching equipment.  The extreme temperatures and harsh Kansas weather were both starting to take a toll on the machinery and other contents of the buildings, so we decided it'd be in our best interest to see what insulating the buildings would cost.  
A friend of mine had told me about Airtight of Kansas out of El Dorado, so I gave them a call.  Chris Garrison, the owner of Airtight, came on-site to inspect our building himself.  He was extremely knowledgeable and reviewed our options very thoroughly, explaining that closed cell foam insulation was what he recommended for our building.  He was able to schedule the job a couple of weeks after the initial inspection.  The crew showed up on time and completed the job within the time-frame that we were given and conducted themselves in a very professional and courteous manner.  There was no mess left behind, nor was our building, property, or any of the building contents damaged during the process, which was a huge relief!  
W e have been more than satisfied with the results.  We will definitely be giving Chris a call in the future to come back and insulate our other buildings on the property, and we would highly recommend Airtight to anyone needing commercial or residential insulation.

Airtight was extremely professional and punctual in completing this work.  They sprayed the floor and the air ducts running along the floor with a closed cell spray foam that resists moisture, helps prevent insects from getting into the house, and provides the rough equivalent of R50 insulation value.  The room is considerably warmer now in the winter, and cooler in the summer.
I was very impressed with the service, and will use Airtight in the future for additional insulation projects.
