"They were able to do the very specialized repair that needed to be done to my steel plate that none of the other companies would even really give me a safe bid on. I would absolutely use their services again in the future if I need to."

"Ours was a minor remodel (basically new lower cabinets & counter top) rather than a strip to the studs & redesign entire area.  We were looking for competing bids - unfortunately (?) Paul's advice/suggestions/estimates  were very much inline with another who we had done business with before - otherwise we would definitely have used Paul Young.  Our time spent with Paul - although short - was a positive experience.

"Excellent design sensibilities for remodeling the bathroom to give a vintage look that fit with the rest of the house while using modern appliances. The work done was really excellent and I enjoyed working with the entire crew. The major problem we had wasn't Done Right's fault - their subcontractor on the cabinets caused huge delays, making a two week project turn into three months. Done Right did what they could to pacify me and worked the cabinetry people over on my behalf to include discounts for their late work. Their work caused a few other problems in the house, including several plumbing issues, but they stepped up and took responsibility where appropriate and we worked things out. Overall, the work done was beautiful. I would recommend them again."

"I was skeptical when Craig informed me that this could be done in a week.  Well, even after we added a new ceiling, paint and more tile work, it was done in a week and one day.  Amazing.  We LOVE our bathroom and only wish we would have done this earlier. Our team consisted of Luke, Quentin and Matt.  My husband informed me that he kind of missed them when they were done.  We had the tub and tile removed, vanity taken out, toilet removed.  They put in new subfloor, added new tile, new tub, new plumbing, new vanity, new toilet, new light fixtures and exhaust fan.  They painted the room, added a wonderful tile recessed cubby in the shower, painted the walls and did tile trim.  They also fixed our ceiling (who ever thought of popcorn ceiling?).  We are so very impressed.  Thank you, Building Pro Bath Systems.  I expected clean and functional and got beautiful."

Glass Block questions, answered by experts

You can still see vaguely into some types of glass block windows at night. Although there won’t be clear definitions, passersby may still see shapes, shadows, and movement through the glass. If you want complete privacy, consider installing diamond glass block windows rather than the typical clear or wavy glass blocks.

Most installations take 1-3 days, depending on the number of blocks and customization requirements.

Yes, professionals can install decorative or colored glass block patterns for a unique look.

Glass walls are more expensive overall than their brick or drywall counterparts. However, if you need walls for a building with more than two or three stories, glass walls are the more budget-friendly option.

Glass block mortar is the best choice for glass block window units. It is specifically formulated for glass block window installation. Glass block mortar is usually a mixture of Portland cement, sand, and special chemicals. It is a white mortar that is applicable inside and outside your home. Do not use regular tile mortar because it may not have the binding strength and flexibility required for glass block windows.
