"I totally recommend D.M. Painting Services for exterior painting. Daniel is the owner and is knowledgeable in all house repair. He came to my house to access the work that needed to be done. His price was reasonable. He power washed my house and discovered wood rot around my windows. He told me what it would take to restore it. The adjustment in cost was reasonable. He showed up when he said he would be here and did an exceptional job. It's hard to find dependable people. I will bring him back on future projects. Daniel has strong work ethics and has attention to detail. I trust him and his opinions when working with him. If I could give him 10 stars, I would give him 12 stars. Two Dads Construction Partnership with Insurance My friend/co-worker and I both do odd jobs or handyman services on the side of full-time employment. We'll do both large and small jobs. He and I will both be available to do the work outside of normal working hours with increased availability of the job. We are specifically looking for jobs dealing with the following: Flooring / Tile / Carpet / Wood Drywall Minor Electrical Work Painting Decking Wood fencing Mowing Landscaping Light concrete work Baseboard/Trim/Crown molding Entryway/Door work Light and ceiling fan fixtures Light plumbing Framing Demolition Kitchen Renovations Bathroom Renovations Insulation We are honest, hardworking, straightforward, and efficient. We are open to all jobs however. Most we can say is no. To build customer relationships in the area, we are doing free estimates. We are fair on pricing and will work with customers. It takes three to four days on average for a team of two to three painters to paint an average-sized (three-to-four-bedroom) house. Always follow the instructions on the label when it comes to painting over caulk because different types require different drying and curing times.
