The price was far. they gave a military discount. the work was done fast and very professional crew.

They were in and out and cleaned it up nice. I was satisfied with their work. All the prices I compared were about the same so I would say it was average fees. They did a good job and I appreciate it. My only comment is that I'm out here in the middle of nowhere and they people that did it had to travel half way across the state to get here. I checked and there isn't anyone in this area that is close. They got here when they were supposed to. They came in they were quick. They were clean. In a day and a half they had the entire job done. The job they did was very good.

They gave me what they said they would, good product. The workers were friendly and it took one day for the work.

Very well. I generally dislike having work done on the house as it is so disruptive, but this process went very smoothly.

Initially I felt very pressured by the call center trying to schedule an appointment. They found us as we were not really looking to make a change at the time. Once we meet with the salesman everything went much smoother. Everyone was very kind and easy to work with. I'm happy with how it turned out but still would have liked the option for them to understand "no".

Love the vinyl windows, wrapped very well. Insulate the home very nicely. We barely hear any road noise now and am very happy we decided to use them. They do a very professional job and clean up the area very nicely. Would use again if every needed.

Used AE five years ago for some windows and all went well. Contacted them again for more windows and not so good. First, they were among the most expensive even with our "discount" for being a previous customer. Second, the salesman looked a window that was very large and hard to open and declared that that window should never have been put in and needed to be replace with a different style and they would do it for just labor. However, when we decided to not use AE for the new windows, the replacement window disappeared and AE wanted $80 to send a person out to measure the opening and then would only give us our normal "discount". When we left messages for the manager to call it took over a week with a promise to check with corporate to see if anything could be done. That was four months ago and we're still waiting for the return call.

We are very happy with them so far. They did a very good job. There is one area where they left the window out just a little bit because they needed the house breathe and if that they pushed it all the way back it probably would have put pressure against it and cracked the glass, so they knew exactly what they were doing. We are really happy with them. If you look at the windows from outside they look like they are tinted. We were very impressed. We are very, very happy. They did a very professional job. I am happy all the way around. This company knows exactly what they are doing. These guys, they came in and they had this done in half a day. These guys did not take a break or sat down. These guys worked.

Overall we are very pleased. The sales bit is misleading - we were told that we were chosen to receive discounts as a marketing home. I eventuallly asked and it turns out that everyone is a marketing home. My understanding is that they dont spend their advertising money on print adds or commercials instead choosing to uses signs in yards and custumer testimonies and referrals. I appreciated the sales reps honesty in this.
The window installers were courteous, fast ( in and out in a day) and cleaned up after themselves. The siding guys decided not to come the day after the fourth of July when they were supposed to be there and no one told us until we called the office. That was not cool. But they did a good job and also cleaned up after themselves.
It has not even been a month so we dont know how the new products will effect our energy bills but we have been able to turn the air temp up in the house and still feel cool - even with the 100+ temperatures. Our old windows were original to the house built in the late 80's and rotting in several places. The siding again original was in such bad shape that we really embarrased. It looks great now and several of our neighboors have told us so!!!! YEAH!!

I expected quality work and quality materials. I was somewhat apprehensive about the inside trim, and since the exterior of the house had recently been painted, I was concerned that the window replacement did not result in a lot of and quot;finishingand quot; work for me to do to complete the overall job.

On all counts my expectations were met, and my concerns were unfounded. The appearance both inside and out was exceptional.

Only time will tell if the energy savings that were touted at the time of the sale will materialize, but thus far the windows appear to have been an excellent investment in my home.

They did a very nice job. They worked very quickly because it was obviously cold. They had the big hole in the wall contained very quickly. The only thing they didn't do was put in a toe lock. They said they would come back and do it; I haven't contacted them to do it but it should have been done when they put it in. I don't have much experience in pricing patio doors. I don't know if I would use them again or not.

First we had a thorough presentation at our home of their product, including a sample, how it would be installed, the price and financing we could manage. The company kept regular contact in arranging for the installation. The installers were incredibly efficient and the work was done in a matter of hours, even with making some repairs to our sills that were in poor condition before they installed the windows. They protected the rest of the room from construction dust and so we had very little dusting or clean up to do afterwards. We LOVE our new windows! They are beautiful, open and close easily, and have made a big difference in the temperature control of the room. We use the room even more than we did before. As noted above, the job went exactly as expected: high quality product, on time installation.

They seemed to be quick, efficient, neat and did an acceptable for us. This is the second time we have used them.

The roofing crew was fantastic. Had the old roof off in record time and the new roof looks great. The crew was very good about cleaning up and hauling off old materials. Crew very courteous.
