"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

Discovered that new Frigidaire top freezer model had different configuration and alignment issues so switch was more complex tthan expected. He diagnosed the problem, removed both doors several times and reconfigured hinges and adjusted alignment perfectly. I appreciate his skill and positive attitude. I would recommend him very highly. "Furnace quit working on the super cold morning- negative wind temps, called, they came in couple hours, water in the intake pipe outside, could not prove switch, condemned the Board, ordered Board, gave estimate of HVAC replacement - outrageous prices, opted to fix old furnace, came back following week with new Board, installed, furnace still won't come on, cut intake pipe in half to obtain air flow and left it like that, was told to leave door open so it will not starve for air, charged me over $1100.00. Told my disabled husband to get the clog out of the pipe himself."
