They just do a professional like job.

I don't have any expensive repairs done, it's just normal tune up and normal oil change basically. I can't recall the price. The computer on the vehicle specifies when service is needed, so it's controlled by the computer in the vehicle.

We would use them again in the future.

They are generally good, sometimes they forget a few things.

They’ve done a good job for me.  I’ve had several things done and some of which were a little bit more expensive in terms of other repairs.  Their price varies anywhere from $25 for an oil change up to probably $500.  I think they’re professional, trustworthy and responsive.  They were able to get me in on a moment’s notice.

The biggest issue was locating replacement parts (that our insurance company would accept) for the parking lot damage. As soon as parts were delivered to Adams Body Shop the process moved along quickly. We dropped the car off on Monday afternoon. Promised it would be ready by Friday. Had the car back Thursday evening. Looks like it did before the damage. The rust area is gone....looks great!

It's a dealership, they are good with what they do. They are a Toyota showroom and they've got a decent waiting room. Prices are about what you expect. They are also very efficient and very professional.

Went in for the inspection, when they were done the worker informed us that there was a leak in the steering and something else and they couldn't pass the van, they would make a quote telling how much the repairs would be. My husband told them to go ahead and flunk the van, he didn't think that was something they could actually use to keep it from passing, but would do the repairs himself. The man then walked off to talk with someone then came back to say that it was just moisture they saw and they would pass the van. We were given our inspection sticker and we left the dealership.

I will not use them again. They recalled my car, but their time frame, punctuality, level of service and communication was very lackluster. This was not my first experience with them, but it will be the last. The service from my remaining car has a factory warranty and after that I will not use them again.

I like them a lot because they are fast and they always do what they say, charge you what they say and they wash your car at the end. I think their price is not inexpensive but it's fair.

outstanding as usual! Have used Adams for almost15 years and 4 vehicles. Always superb. I drive 45 miles to deal with them rather than use local dealers because they are so good.

I have gone to Adams Toyota in Lee's Summit, MO since 2007 for service on my 2006 Tundra pickup. Service includes inspections, oil changes, occasional tire rotations, and so far, fortunately, only infrequent parts replacement. Their service personnel are professional, punctual, knowledgable, and courteous. The overall service area is clean and efficient in appearance. Their customer waiting area is clean, comfortable, and convenient. You pay full price for service with Toyota, and I have not really seen any true promotions or discounts on service. Nevertheless, for the full price you get presumably trained Toyota technicians to evaluate and maintain your vehicle. My experience as to service has definitely been favorable.

They have a very nice waiting area complete with free drinks. The service adviser was quite helpful and kept me informed of the progress on my car. Would recommend them to anyone with a need for service repair.

The car was finished in a timely manner. The only issue that I had with the company was that they would say they would call me at a certain time and I would always end up having to call them after not hearing from them. The work on the car was great and the people were friendly and helpful.

I thought I needed a front end alignment, but they found my tires were the problem, so they ended up saving me money by not doing an alignment that I didn't need.
