Furnace quit working on the super cold morning- negative wind temps, called, they came in couple hours, water in the intake pipe outside, could not prove switch, condemned the Board, ordered Board, gave estimate of HVAC replacement - outrageous prices, opted to fix old furnace, came back following week with new Board, installed, furnace still won't come on, cut intake pipe in half to obtain air flow and left it like that, was told to leave door open so it will not starve for air, charged me over $1100.00. Told my disabled husband to get the clog out of the pipe himself.

This is the second time we have used JF Denney, the first being installation of a water softener earlier this year, which went great thanks to Jared and Jill. We are selling our home and we called them to come inspect and service our heat and air. The technician, Ed D., (who is a really nice guy) came on time and was very thorough and professional. He also made sure to wear booties in the house, which we appreciated.

The vinyl flooring in front of one of our 2 toilets developed a couple of bulges. Our plumber removed the stool to discover a leak had rotted some of the plywood & needed repair. At the same time we were in the process of using R F Denney to install a reverses osmosis system and I saw in their literature they also had repairmen in one of their divisions. I was in a bit of a panic because we had house company coming in about ten days. Ted Ruth, the project manager, did a great job of getting it coordinated. John, whose last name I have forgotten, was prompt and efficient at doing the actual job which involved removing the glued down vinyl flooring, repairing and replacing plywood flooring, trimming & gluing the new vinyl, caulking, & clean-up...Super! Their plumber then came & re-installed the toilet, Completed within 2 days and all completed the day before company arrived!! Bravo!

We were pleased that Jill first listened to what we wanted done. She answered our questions, did the general water test, explained the install process and system options available (3 filters or 5 filters system). She didn’t try to sell us more than we wanted. Jerrod, the installer, was prompt, efficient, and did a great job. 2 weeks later, Jill came back to retest the water.

I contacted JF Denney Plumbing after finding them on Home Advisor. I was in the market for a whole house water softener and Denay was prompt with her response and provided a quote online for the water softener and installation of four toilets. She still came to the house for a consultation and tested our water which was appreciated. Pricing was about the same as other water softening systems that I requested quotes for but I was sold on Denay's presentation. I also was keen on the Kinetico systems because they run without electrical power. On the day of installation, Jared H. arrived on time and was very friendly and respectful of our home. He was quick yet efficient of the install of the water softener. He also explained the entire system to properly. He was just as efficient when installing four toilets. He even brought up the entire packaged toilets upstairs and downstairs by himself without any aid; this was very appreciated and was very impressed by his prowess. If possible, I would request Jared as your installer.

Not only was the estimate the best of 5 we received, but the replacement units were the highest rated in every category. Milt, the tech, was wonderful to work with. He discussed/explained what he was doing, was meticulous, and very professional. No one wants their AC units to fail, but I'm glad Denney's was there to do what we needed done.

My three year old Put a hose through the vent system for a tankless water heater for 45 seconds. Water was pouring out of the unit. I called Kyle to schedule an appointment to have emergency services performed on my unit. Kyle new my unit inside and out. He was incredibly helpful and walked me through all the steps to see if I actually needed a service call. He also explained why it would be safe to do these tests, and explained why the unit was most likely not damaged. In the end it's saved me an emergency service fee as well as time. I can't say enough for the professionalism, the expertise, and the helpfullness he exhibited. In the end he saved me both time and money. I have taped their company's name to my unit and instruction manual and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Took the small team about 1 week and the results were excellent. The team would cover the floor every day as well as a final cleanup when they finished the job. The work was completed at the price quoted, even though they did encounter a couple of challenges.

The service was OK. The system works fine but there were lot of glitches with the reverse osmosis unit. It was not filtering water like it was supposed to and we had to make several calls for them to come and fix it. Finally after three tries, it's fixed now but it seemed strange because it was a new system and should not be breaking right after installation.

We were referred by Home Depot. Both our water specialist, Denay and the installer were very helpful & professional. We received a whole house water softener and are very happy with it. I had never had one before and was a little nervous. But I love the way it makes my skin feel silky and the shower stays cleaner. I also like knowing the pipes will not get the calcium build up which will keep our new appliances running longer. We also had a drinking water system installed. To avoid drilling another hole in our kitchen counter, we had them install it directly to our refrigerator water dispenser. Not knowing we had this installed, my niece helped herself to a glass of water and immediately asked me why my water "tasted so good". She said it was the best water she had ever tasted!

Chris Jones the water specialist for my area came out on scheduled time to go over available options specific to my water concerns. after deciding that Kinetico was the way to go, JF Denney plumbing sent out Jared and T.J to install my entire system setup. Very clean and professional. They walked me through the process from start to finish. Telley made sure I knew who was coming and when. Overall Chris, Telley, Jared and T.j are all a part of as great company J.F. Denney plumbing. Thanks a bunch for the great experience.

Leak was outside in ground,It was close to the house, they suggested that they run a new line inside the old line and said it would be best to run into the house we went with their suggestion, BIG MISTAKE!!!!! when it rains we have water in basement. We called and called and after few months they came out and said we had to add dirt and move the down spout, so we did and we still have water. So again we called and called and they came out and said it would be 1200.00 to fix it, we so NO don't you back up your work, we went back and fourth and they did agree to redo and fix the problem BUT never called again or showed.

"We have the following record of all the visits and conversations from the disputed service call in our dispatch system. To my knowledge we have not heard back from you since 8/2/2013 when our dispatcher called to see if the line was indeed still leaking. The dispatcher was told that Kim had not checked but would call us back the next week. Said she forgot all about it according to our records. Not sure how we can follow up on that when we have incomplete information. We did repair a water leak in the water service in August of 2012 and have no records of phone calls in our system again until 2013. We do stand behind our work. Are you still having a water problem with the same line? How can we help you to solve the issue?"

We move the system for you in March of 2014, in Feb 2015 the balance was still unpaid, we were forced to send this to collections, so I can assure you we at JFD/Kinetico are not "hounding" you.
