"We have the following record of all the visits and conversations from the disputed service call in our dispatch system. To my knowledge we have not heard back from you since 8/2/2013 when our dispatcher called to see if the line was indeed still leaking. The dispatcher was told that Kim had not checked but would call us back the next week. Said she forgot all about it according to our records. Not sure how we can follow up on that when we have incomplete information. We did repair a water leak in the water service in August of 2012 and have no records of phone calls in our system again until 2013. We do stand behind our work. Are you still having a water problem with the same line? How can we help you to solve the issue?"
"[Member name removed] Can you please send me a copy of this "signed" contract stating the free move, so I can get this cleared up. We move the system for you in March of 2014, in Feb 2015 the balance was still unpaid, we were forced to send this to collections, so I can assure you we at JFD/Kinetico are not "hounding" you. The collection company might be. So let's get this cleared up and please send me the signed contract. Thank You Kyle Whelpley 913-290-0506 [email protected]"
