Owner did estimate & price was within estimate. There was a delay, a month, because company was contracted to trim city trees in Leawood.

I have used Country Club Tree before and that is why I called this this time.  Their Arborist came out in July at the agreed upon time and reviewed my job and gave me a bid for the work before he left.
I called in August and scheduled the work to be done in September. As I requested they were great to call in advance and let me know what day they would be there to do the work.
The crew of four came at the expected time with their bucket truck and grinder.  They know what they are doing  and did a great job trimming and cleaning up.  They were easy to work with.
I received the invoice for payment in the mail about 2 days later.

I have used these guys before and they did a great job again this time.  They removed a large dead walnut tree, ground out the stump, and hardly left a sign that they were there.  They removed a dwarf crabapple tree, and trimmed a number of trees around my house.  The work, and the cleanup, was excellent.  They were cooperative when I asked to meet the supervisor on site to make sure that they understood the particulars of the job (although the job was clearly defined in their quote).  I had three bids on this exact same work, and Country Club was the low bidder.  I am not one to simply go with the  lowest bidder if there are other considerations, but like I said, I have used them before and they did a great job.

This is the only tree trimming service we trust.  We have large, old trees on our property, and although their price is higher than other companies, we believe it's worth it because the health of our trees is so important to us.

Their prices are great. They're responsive, friendly, and creative.

Mark and his crew came out and gave an estimate.
When they came, they trimmed our worst tree beautifully. It did not look like it had be chopped off, but lots of dead wood was taken out.  The second tree needed more work than first estimated, but they did not change their charges.

They know what they are doing. They are very knowledgeable about trees and how to handle any issue about them. They were recommended to me by our landscape person. I thought that their price was very fair but I don't have a good comparison. I had an issue with the billing that was ultimately resolved but it took several calls.

I have used them several times before. They are immaculate in clean-up.The quality of work is excellent. They are very careful at avoiding damage to property

Got a bid in July. Called in September to schedule, and it was 2 months before they got to me. They showed up on time, did a good job, and cleaned up. No damages to any of my property.

I thought he was okay. They were extremely knowledgeable, but I wasn't ready to do the job at that time. He was an arborist and very well educated in that regard, he knew his trees. I may use them in the future.

We like them. They had come out in spring and sprayed a tree that I think was a juniper. We can always call them if we have any questions. I talked to Mark. I don’t know if he is the owner or the arborist. The crew helped him out and checked a tree that I had a concern with. It was a big old oak that had been hit by lightning. They were trying to save it. Mark would come out and check it if we give him a call thinking that we need to have something done. They always come out and do a good job. They also clean up after themselves. We just don’t have to do anything after they’ve been here. Their price might be a little bit higher than average, though.

The guy that came out is a very experienced and knowledgeable arborist that really seemed to know what he was doing. They cleaned up really well after themselves. They also answered all of the questions I asked.

THE CREW OF MEN SENT TO DO THE JOB ALL SEEMED TO BE VERY COMPETENT. THEY DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME. THEY DID THE WORK, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND LEFT.

WE HAVE USED THEM TO TRIM AND SPRAY OUR TREES FOR MANY YEARS. THEY ARE EASY TO DEAL WITH.
