Last fall, we were using one of its major local competitors that is run like a private equity firm; all hat, no cattle. They sent their newbie tech out to do an A/C maintenance call, and he didn?t do something correctly. Before he came out, our A/C was working well. The next day, all the R22 was out; no cooling. We called them and they finally came out and put a little strip of Insulation on them and they still let in cold air and whistle when the wind blows. We have called and left messages and no calls back. I wouldn't recommend Rolox windows to anyone. Paid around 1000$ per window and still cold air comes in. Never again."
