Classic or trendy, Kristeen teaches at a local college and knows what’s out there and what we could expect. Communication was easy and prompt. Everyone was GREAT to work with and the job was completed ON TIME. They go ABOVE & BEYOND! Over a year after we were done our “Smart” faucet motor went out. At no charge, father and son came out and switched it out for us. We have done our share of remodeling and wish we had found them sooner. I LOVE my kitchen!"

We sell product from only the best manufacturers like Kohler Plumbing Fixtures, Lennox heating & cooling equipment, Honeywell Controls, A.O. Smith Water Heaters, Insinkerator Garbage Disposer & so on. We have a large Kohler Registered Plumbing Fixture Showroom where you can pick out fixtures for our own employees to install in your home. We can remodel your bath or kitchen from start to finish using our own employees to do all of the work or repair your furnace or air conditioner, clean a drain, dig up your sewer & all with our own employees...Not subcontractors...Try us...You'll like us. "Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."

"I thought about an addition for several years; then interviewed and received bids from about 6 companies. I wanted a workroom with: * built-in storage cabinets and desk * space for the washer, dryer, freezer, and sauna. * ample space for my projects JB Construction’s bid was reasonable and fair. Joe is professional, honest, responsive, and easy to work with. He finds and hires quality subcontractors, and I am impressed with the work that was completed on my addition. He is hands-on, was involved in the process, and checked in often as the work progressed. He actually did quite a bit of the work himself. I really appreciated how Joe suggested improvements that I never would have thought of. These included enlarging the space from 280 to 320 sq ft, adding a sun tunnel when the skylight wouldn’t work with the roof line, a built-in cabinet where a window was removed, an exterior electrical outlet, and an overhead light in the corner cupboard. Joe was able to salvage and reuse the old brick on the front of the addition. This, along with the two original windows integrated the addition seamlessly with the rest of the house. It was done so perfectly; neighbors have asked where the addition was built. I’m extremely picky and am thrilled with my new addition. It’s lovely, functional, and my preferred room in my house. Joe has a lot of repeat customer jobs and I can see why. This was a great experience and I’m glad I went with him. I plan to use JB Construction for future projects and recommend him to everyone I know."
