They came out on a Saturday and didn't charge an outrageous price for coming out on the weekend. He fixed it and everything has been fine since.

Amazing service. Arrived early for appointment and work was completed same day! Went above and beyond. Found work that was done badly when our house was built and corrected that as well!

Trent arrived within 2 hours of our call.  We had issues where water was coming out  the drain in the garage whenever we ran water in the house and he knew what the problem was over the phone.  He was very professional and took care of the job quickly.   We will recommend Travis to anyone who needs plumbing service in our area. 

The leaking toilet was found on Labor Day and was thought to be in the wall. The water was turned off to the toilet and was thought to be okay until morning. We were going to call a plumber first thing Tuesday morning but before we could call we discovered the water was already leaking threw to the ceiling below. I called Hudson and they realized we did have an emergency. I was told to text my name and address and they would be on their way. He was to my front door in about 20 minutes. Luckily, the leak was not in the wall but was the shut-off valve. He replaced the valve, did his clean up and was out the door in 15 minutes. He was very professional and courteous and completely explained everything. This may sound like something that anyone could have found, but when my husband is packing to leave town on business, there isn't time to mess with anything like this. Hudson responded quickly and we will use them again!

Our toilet was whacked.  Had to turn off water at shut off valve beside toilet so it would not make loud noise after flushing.   As well, our toilet was rocking.  Yikes.  I also had a new faucet for bathroom sink and new toilet seat to install.  Called Trent and he came next day.  He got right to work!  Quick and efficient!  He did the above listed work.  As I mentioned, Joe Burgotne came and did new tiles and flooring about a week later.  How grateful I was for that, Joe and Trent,  as I would have had to pay a handyman a pretty penny extra to do that!  So you see, I feel I got sooooo much for the price I paid!  You can always count on Trent Hudson of Hudson Plumbing to do a great, and fairly priced job!

Trent came out to address issues and concerns that we had within hours of calling him on the same day.  Today Trent removed a bad clog from the bathtub which was causing a small leak in the garage.  He also addressed concerns over the garbage disposal ensuring that it was functioning well.
He is always honest and tell us exactly what is going on and the options for making repairs.  At the time of this review, I was still waiting for Trent to send us a bill.  He is very reasonable with his cost. Cost has always been appropriate and acceptable.
Trent is a great help and provides me with a sense of relief when trouble happens.  I am thankful to have someone that I can trust to call when we have a concern. I know that Trent will do the job that is needed and that I can depend on him each time.  It is nice to have someone you can trust to make a repair and ensure things are safe and fixed correctly.

He was very prompt. He showed up when he said he would and he did the job he said he would.

I scheduled him to arrive at a certain time, and he called a little while before that to report that his truck had broken down and he would not make the appointment. A couple hours later he called back to let me know the truck was repaired. We were up against another commitment, so he rushed over and took care of the leak quickly, then charged us only for time spent, not the quoted minimum call charge.
I call that excellent customer service in a difficult situation!
The leak has not come back.

I called Hudson Plumbing initially to have a gas leak repaired in a gas cooktop.  He arrived on time and was professional and courteous.  When he assessed the situation, he shared with me that the manner in which the gas pipe was hooked up was extremely dangerous and told me that I should not use the gas stove under and circumstances.  He showed me the problem and explained it to me in a manner in which someone with absolutely no understanding of gas pipes or plumbing in any way could understand.  He didn't put any pressure on me to have him fix the problem but was very adamant that for my and my family's safety that it should be fixed before it was used again.  He encouraged me to get other opinions so I would not feel as though he was being overly dramatic about the situation as a means to pressure me to pay him to fix it.  I did have a second plumbing company come to look at the problem and that company had the same comments as Hudson Plumbing and also told me that I should not use the stove under any circumstances.  The bids were similar but I felt more comfortable with the approach and demeanor of Hudson Plumbing.  When Trent came to fix the problem, he did so quickly and professionally and even repaired a broken stair bannister that he noticed while walking down the stairs.  The gas leaked was fixed, my stove is now working fine and the work he did was excellent.  The total cost was around $600 to replace and repair the gas pipes to the stove and fix a problem with the kitchen faucet and pipes.
I contacted Hudson Plumbing a second time to install the shower head and faucets in a new shower, fix a water leak in the toilet and fix a shower drain that wouldn't drain.  Trent was again prompt and professional and fixed all of the items quickly.  The total cost for all of the repairs was $150. 
I would highly recommend Hudson Plumbing.  Trent is honest and skilled and his trade.  He explains what he is doing and why in a way that I could understand.  He has always been quick to respond to my calls and arrived on time if not before the scheduled appointment.

Part of my basement is finished and carpeted, and I discovered a wet area in the carpet that was due to a leak in the floor. My handyman advised me to see if a sump pump would fix it. Trent had done work for me before, so I had him come over and look at the problem. He agreed that a sump pump was the solution. He also said the drains at the back and side of the house were part of the problem, and he would adjust them.
They were here for much of the day today. Work performed: (1) installed a sump pump in the basement, which they hid in a closet; (2) ran it to the outside and attached it to the side drain; (3) connected the back drain to the side drain and buried it; (4) made sure the cover was attached to the end of the side drain so it wouldn't come off; and (5) installed a spigot on the outside of the house.
They were very neat and gentlemanly about it. They kept their digging to a minimum to limit damage to the yard, made sure the carpet was put back in place neatly, and in general cleaned up afterward, even doing extras like vacuuming and cleaning with Pine-Sol. Trent then showed me everything they had done.
Overall they seem to have done an excellent job and went out of their way to avoid damage and mess. I'm quite impressed.

Called Trent Hudson Thursday afternoon.  Although he was on a job, he answered my call and said he was available to do the job we needed the following day.  Trent asked that I email the specifics and our location, and he responded promptly that he had received my email.  He called on Friday and was able to come to our home earlier than scheduled, due to a cancellation.  Trent was prompt and professional.  Very easy to communicate with, and we will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we may have.

We are the owners of a 100 year old home.  Lucky us, we discovered Trent Hudson years ago!  He is our go to guy...no question!In the afternoon of the day before Christmas I went downstairs to find the exhaust pipe from our gas water heater to the outside venting (chimmney) had broken!  I tried to get it back together myself and found that I just could not.  During my messing around I caused the flame to go out.  Oh no, not Christmas Eve day!  I was totally "bummed", needless to say.  I turned off the gas to the heater and called Trent.  I told his answering machine that I did not expect him to rush over and help me on Christmas Eve day or Christmas day and then asked him to come see me the day after Christmas and fix the pipe and relight the water heater.  I hung up only to have my phone ring.  As I was sitting talking on the phone, I saw and heard Trent knocking on my back door.  What an angel!  He said he had just received my message, but that he could not get me on the phone, so he popped over to fix my problem as, in his words..."You can't be without hot water on Christmas and besides, handling a hot water heater is nothing to mess around with."  In other words, he honestly did not want us to suffer through Christmas with no hot water and he surely did not want us to hurt ourselves fiddling with the hot water heater!  He went down into the basement, one he has been in more than a few times as he is the our trusted plumber and has done much work for us.  He came back up and told me he could get things fixed for us.  Trent went to work and when he was done he gave us a Christmas present...he did not charge us a penny!  Thank you Trent!  Sure do wish I could trust all the people I have had to come to this big old house to do work for us the way my husband and I trust you!did this

He had it all done in an hour and everything works perfectly. We are very pleased.

This toilet has been broken since we bought our house 2 years ago.  Little did we know HOW broken it was.  We finally broke down and called in a plumber this week.  Hudson Pluming arrived right on time and got to work quickly.  Once Trent, the gentleman who helped us today, got the toilet removed he found out that the flange was split in two places. Trent quickly replaced the flange with a quick ring and installed new grab bars for my father-in-law.  I must say I am very impressed with Hudson Plumbing.  They came out quickly, did a wonderful job and it was relatively painless on our pocket book!  If you live in Blue Springs, MO and you need a job done,  call these guys.

Trent was great!! We had quite the list for him to look at, he explained everything he wanted to do and gave us all of our options for each item. He was punctual and efficient. His estimate was right on and he even gave us coupons to use in the future. We will definitely be calling him for all of our plumbing needs!!

Everything went fine

Excellent experience. We experienced water pressure spikes and the hot water heater was periodically releasing water through the temp & pressure relief valve. Mr. Hudson indicated the main pressure control valve probably needed to be replaced as well as the hot water heater relief valve. We made an appointment for a service call the next day; he arrived promptly. I also pointed out the leaking drain pipe; he said it would be an easy fix. He proceeded to replace the valves and fix the drain pipe leak. Mr Hudson was professional, on time and explained what needed to be done. If we have any additional plumbing problems, I'll call him again.

One morning, we woke up without any hot water, and a puddle around the electric water heater in the basement. I called Trent, who went over to the house within hours to see what was wrong. The thermometer was broken, and an element needed to be replaced. The inside of the water heater was full of calcium deposits, and honestly needed to be replaced. Trent was trying to save us money by fixing it instead of replacing it, but since we (the homeowners) weren't there when he was working, he was reluctant to make a such a costly decision. I definitely appreciated that! When my husband and I got home, Trent had laid out all of the old parts so we could see the calcium covering the element and the other broken piece. He also left the boxes that the new parts came in, which my husband liked to see. We talked to Trent again after seeing the calcium, and decided to replace the electric water heater with a gas one. Trent was there exactly when he said he would be the next day to make the switch. Bottom line: Trent does excellent work, is a nice guy, and is very fair. I will be calling him again when we need a plumber.

He is excellent. We are very pleased with him. I'm extremely particular, and once you find someone good, you don't let them go. The more you call them, the more they appreciate your business. Our house is over 100 years old, and they helped out and put in extra effort. I would give them A's across the board.

The re-pipe and water heater install went according to plan...no hitches. We did have some pretty tight areas the workers had to access to get their work done. No complaints from them...just amazement from me that those places could be reached!

We had a terrible rain storm, during which time our sump pump gave out on us! I called Trent the next morning and he was out that afternoon. He came to our rescue and installed our new sump pump just in time for another spring rain storm. As it poured down rain all the day and into the night, my husband and I could sleep peacefully having every faith in our new pump installed by Trent.

My faucet and sprayer were leaking, making a mess under my sink. Trent came and told me the best thing to do was get a new faucet as my old one was shot. He did not try to sell me something in their inventory of sinks as some plumbers might try to do. I told him that I really liked the way that faucet looked and wanted to shop for/buy another actual faucet on my own. I did ask him what brand he would suggest. He did this happily and even gave me a lead on a good place to shop for it if I so chose to do so. He said as soon as I had my new faucet he would be right out to install it for me. I bought my new faucet the next day, and just like he had told me, he was out the very next day to install it for me.
