I hired Golden's Plumbing for a new toilet installation. The plumber, Gabe, misinstalled a toilet that I had purchased from the Home Depot. He then charged me for a 2nd toilet installation, again misinstalled, and I had to hire another plumbing company to install the toilet correctly.

Friendly knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Great service and quickly completed.

When I called for an appointment, they explained that I would also need an expansion tank and quoted me a price for the job. The friendly installer arrived at the scheduled time and did a quality job for the quoted price. I would hire them again.

So pleased with Mike and his crew! We were shocked to find out that our pipes needed replacing-showed up on inspection as we were trying to sell. Needed to get fixed quick and get back on the market. Mike's bid was almost too good to be true compared to 2 others and he was able to get in in a timely manner. The guys made sure the water was reconnected every evening. They cleaned up well and even vacuumed! Highly recommend Golden's Plumbing!

Service rep was here on time and did an excellent job. An excellent value for the money! Would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them.

Jeremy showed up promptly and assessed the work that we needed done.  He had to get some of the parts but was back quickly.  He worked on the outside faucet first, replacing it with a new one.  Then he installed the shut-off valves in the bathrooms.  Last but not least, he replaced the kitchen faucet and shut-off valves.  He cleaned up the areas after each project.  We were very happy with his work and would call Golden's Plumbing for any further plumbing issues we may have.

Great, Mike is a true professional. Courteous, He explains the problem, offers several solutions, the cost of each procedure, and then performs the job. Complete clean-up after.

Showed up on time. Was pleasant all during his work period. Finished the work in the time that they had said it would take and tested everything before leaving.

He was able to squeeze me into a very busy day for him so he could accommodate my work schedule. He was able to use a replacement piece I had previously purchased so he could save me some money. I felt he was honest and the price was reasonable for the time and expertise.

Response to my call was that day. The job was done very quickly and an explanation of what he was doing was given. I now have peace of mind regarding that gas line.

We had them do some work a year ago, they are very prompt, very straight forward about their pricing. If there is a less expensive way for them to do they job they will figure it out so they don't have to charge more than they need to. Very neat, cleanliness is always something that matters.

I called and left a message early in the morning and Terra responded to it within fifteen minutes of them opening. She was so nice on the phone and said that she would call Mike and her other guys to see if they would be able to fit me in--they'd had a lot of calls with burst pipes due to the extreme weather. She called me back promptly and said that she would send Mike over in about 45 minutes. And, about 45 minutes later he arrived. He was super affable and knowledgable. He walked through what he thought was happening beforehand and explained what to look for in the future to prevent the problem. He also picked up after he was done. Terra and Mike were nice through-and-through. I'm so relieved to have had everything fixed by such a capable and responsive team. They will be my go-to and I'll recommend them any chance I get. Really, really great service--I couldn't be more pleased.

The man arrived when he said he would, and did a great job. I called Golden Plumbing to come in and fix a problem someone else created, so I really needed help. He fixed a poorly installed toilet and installed a new faucet for me and am very happy with his work. I will keep their number and use them any time I have plumbing problems.

During our remodeling of kitchen, we realized that kitchen sink plumbing had been leaking for some time. This was on Sunday, and we had the sink out of the counter; with my husband leaving town Tuesday morning and we needed to get the plumbing fixed, sink replaced and operational before he left. I called Golden's Monday morning and they agreed to work us in and would call before arriving. Mike called 45 minutes before arriving and was right on time. He worked steadily, professionally and shared with my husband all the things he was doing. This was an excellent experience and we will use Golden's for any other plumbing issues we have. Thank you Golden's.

From the moment we contacted Mike and Terra, their response was positive. Scheduled appointment kept on time and Mike gave a thorough recommendation for the work we wanted done. His bid was very reasonable, and he even suggested alternatives to save costs. Mike confirmed the start date and his arrival time. He and his helper were very prompt and worked steadily throughout the day. All messes were cleaned up as the work progressed. I wanted a local plumbing company, so I checked Angie's List and found Golden's Plumbing Co. They have 100% and quot;Aand quot; reviews.
It was around 9AM when I called. I explained my problem (drain backup in the basement), and was told someone could come within 3 hours. I asked for a price and was told it would be $110 to $120 (depending on what needed to be done) and that I would be called when the plumber was on the way. About an hour later, Mark called and said he was in route. Mark took time to carefully determine the cause of my sewer backup. He explained what he needed to do, and within a short period of time, got my drain opened up. He gave me information about the sewer backflow preventer that was on my main drain line which probably needs cleaned or replaced. The charge of $120 was fair, and I was completely satisfied with the response time and service. I will be calling Golden's Plumbing Co for any future plumbing jobs.

All of the works was done to perfection with extra focus on details and thoroughness of the job. Very pleased with with every aspect of the repair process. Price was very reasonable and fair. Mike is the Man!
