"Fast response after submitting problem. AC unit details were too faded to read so Carl came by to give find out what parts would be needed and give a estimate the same day. His estimate was lower then I had expected since it needed more work than past repair work. He showed up the next morning on time (actually early) and had the AC going before the day got hot. His price ended up on the low side of his estimate. And having it repaired within a day was a added bonus. He also removed spice lines and went direct, and made sure to replace the capacitor to insure proper compatibility. I have found my new HVAC repair person."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.
