I offer handyman/ repair services/ lawn and landscaping services as well as tree removal and trimming. I am new to the area. Moved here from wichita in August 2025. Im looking for new customers and long term friendships. Ive been a handyman since 2020 professionally. Before that ive been doing this line of work my whole life. If youre looking for someone to make your home pop from the street, lawncare is one of my biggest passions. I just love the way around yard can make a house look beautiful or hideous. I am passionate about it and will never cut corners or rush to get it done. I do drywall, painting, plumbing( nothing major) electrical ( nothing major) door and frame replacements, roof repairs, the list goes on and on i am most definetly " a jack of all trades"

It’s necessary for paint to completely dry before exposure to rain, and that drying time varies by the type of paint used. Oil-based paint takes 6 to 8 hours to dry on average, meaning that’s the minimum time needed between the last brush stroke and the first raindrop. You can apply stain over peeling stain, but it’s not a good idea. Your old stain will get in the way of your new stain bonding to the wood, so you’re likely going to see the same issue again shortly after application. Your best option is to sand off the old stain and clean the surface thoroughly before applying new stain.
