"Great experience! He came out to give an estimate within 3 hours of submitting my request on the website. He spent an hour and a half evaluating our sewer line and answering my many questions! We needed our sewer line capped quickly and he completed the job within just a few days. "Fast response after submitting problem. AC unit details were too faded to read so Carl came by to give find out what parts would be needed and give a estimate the same day. His estimate was lower then I had expected since it needed more work than past repair work. He showed up the next morning on time (actually early) and had the AC going before the day got hot. His price ended up on the low side of his estimate. And having it repaired within a day was a added bonus. He also removed spice lines and went direct, and made sure to replace the capacitor to insure proper compatibility. I have found my new HVAC repair person."

Yes, you’ll need to replace your toilet’s wax seal any time you move the toilet. This is because movement of the toilet will break the seal, rendering the remaining wax useless.
