"Tom was great. He was easily able to remedy the problem. Another, much larger company said the drain couldn't be unclogged with normal equipment. Tom discovered the "other guys" weren't correctly identifying certain parts of the plumbing assembly and he was able to make short work of it. His costs were also about 1/2 of the bigger company that misdiagnosed the work to begin with."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had they had to come out several times to redo the ac and heat scratched the truck in my driveway, bringing in the heater. They left the gas on my hot water heater but didn?t turn on my hot water heater then when they came back out to fix the issues and pick up the trash and tools they left they left the pipe for the gas not tightened so gas filled my house then when we got our inspection from the city they failed it the gas vent wasn?t done correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone talked to Steve he was going to find out more about the issues I had but never called me back "

A saturated leach field can be the result of many underlying issues, so the best way to treat the problem is to call in a professional septic company. Depending on what’s causing the saturation, the professional may pump out your tank if it’s full, add more bacteria to your tank, or recommend rerouting rainwater and runoff from your house away from the leach field using gutters, downspouts, and downspout extenders. They might also recommend planting certain plants over the area to soak up some of the excess water once the initial problem is fixed.

Anything you drop down your sink runs the risk of damaging and clogging your pipes. Hair, bits of food, and other debris can catch on the item and build up over time, causing a clog. Even if it’s not valuable, it’s definitely worth trying to retrieve the item, or at the very least, asking a pro for specific advice.

Boiling water helps unclog a drain, but usually only with a harder abrasive such as baking soda or vinegar. On its own, it isn’t the most effective tool. Bleach isn’t likely to help unclog a sewer line. Bleach isn’t useful in this situation because it won’t dissolve the grime and debris in the clog. Instead, you want to use ingredients that will have a chemical reaction to clear out the buildup, like vinegar or salt and baking soda.
