Choosing Plumbco started due to my filing an insurance claim as a result of sewer line clog and water heater leak. The flooring in my bathroom was replaced and Jim with Plumbco was called out to reinstall my toilet. I asked Jim while he was there if he could look at the water heater. He gave me a few details and I made an appointment for Plumbco to have the three items in question looked at. Scott came out took care of the items that needed replacing and explained what he did replace. Both Jim and Scott were very professional and receptive to my concerns. I will most definitely hire them again.

I called Plumbco on 9/3/15 to get a third estimate on a new water heater and installation.  The quoted price was the lowest of the three estimates I received.  I called back on 9/8/15 to accept the quote and get on the schedule for installation.  Jim told me they could install the new water heater on 9/10/15.  I was given a time window of 9 - 9:30am for arrival.  Thursday morning at 8:05am I received a call from Scott letting me know he was on his way.  Scott arrived just before 8:30am.  After checking out the existing water heater installation, Scott got to work.  The removal of the existing water heater and installation of the new water heater took right at 2.5 hours.  Installation of the new water heater required some relocation of the hot and cold water lines because I was upgrading from a 40 gallon tank to a 50 gallon tank.  Some modification was also necessary for the exhaust ducting.  Throughout the process Scott was very accommodating to my questions and interest in the steps involved.  When the installation was complete, Scott left the work area as clean as he found it.  I would certainly hire Plumbco again.

tIt was about a week or possibly a week and a half later that I noticed some spread beyond the lines he had made. We scheduled his return for the next day. When he came over, he to noticed that the area had spread. As we had discussed previously, he again he let me know that the only real fix for this problem was to change the wax ring between the toilet and where it meets the floor. I agreed, and gave him permission to do the job. He did a very good job of getting the water emptied out of the toilet, as there was none on the floor. He did find another problem, which cost approximately another $90 to fix. There was a large crack in the pipe below the wax ring, ultimately going into the sewer connection here in my home. (Darn, another problem, and I'm like a number of other persons. I am on a fixed income, and really not enough to fix another problem. No, not a major problem to most persons; but it was to me!!)  Again, I gave him the go ahead, especially as he was able to show me where the problem was, and yes; there was some tattle-tail leaking from it.!
With both jobs done, and with him checking with his boss regarding the pricing, I know I got a great deal. Plumbco gives Senior Citizens a discount., which is a great deal! I received the discount, as a newly "arrived" senior citizen (just turned 60, although AARP considers anyone over 50 a senior.)
I plan to use Plumbco again whenever there is a plumbing problem at this home. They have done all the work here for over 10 years, as my deceased roommate used them since the mid 2000's. Her comment to me one day after they left was, "They are the only ones I want to do plumbing for me here at this address! I fully agree, and that is one more reason I want them, and only them doing my plumbing!

I've been using them for about 3 years. They are reliable, they have a set rate. They are really prompt and very courteous.

Everything went fine. The job was done as expected and we were happy with the results.

I liked them. They did a terrific job. They were very professional. They were very nice. They made no mess. We are very happy with them. They answered all our questions. They did some extra work for us. They were getting fixed some kind of other toilet. They went ahead and put little gadget on there so that if my husband I needed it, when we needed it; since my husband and I are getting up in years and we would need to put the old arm chair on. They gave me an estimate and the number of minutes it would take; they were there that minute. That was really appreciated. I would probably call them again.

Everything went much smoother than I anticipated. We bought the water heater at 11:45am and they were installing it by 1:30. There were no issues- the plumber was punctual and professional and did the work in a timely manner. By 3:30 we had running hot water again!

He was responsive and on time. However, he never fixed the problem. He charged me $65 service fee the first visit to come and try to fix the leak and installed new piping under the faucet. He charged me $87 the second visit to try and fix the leak. The third visit he didn't charge me because he said I needed to get a new faucet. My kitchen faucet used to swivel from side to side. Now it is fixed and does not swivel.
