Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. Not only did they fail to correct the actual problem, but the piers they installed were done incorrectly and not even placed in the proper locations. It’s clear now that the work was rushed and not thoroughly planned or executed with the care it deserved. We’re now left with unresolved issues and the added burden of hiring another company to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional foundation repair. Failed to reinforce with hardware. Failed to install flashing on header to home. Worst deck ever seen built. I have was a construction supervisor for years and never seen work like this on any of my jobs poor customer service don't respond."
