Michael, Jason and the entire crew were 100% professional. Unlike other companies I had out to give me estimates they did not use scare tactics but told me what needed to be fixed and what was cosmetic. We are currently selling our house and Michael and Jason have come to speak with potential buyers putting their mind at ease about the work that has been done. The fact they stand by their work not just to the current owners (us) but future owners (buyers of our home) as well speaks volumes about the type of people Michael and Jason are as well as the high caliber of work they do. You can not go wrong with American Standard Foundation.

Very friendly. They did a great job. They cleaned up after they were done, were on time every day and completed the work on time. They will be coming back in 3 months to re-check the floors. Highly recommend them.

We had some foundation issues a number of years ago and had the ASFR team do a conventional leveling of our foundation. The did a great job at the time, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. The team was incredibly responsive at the time of installation and they have been more than willing to stand by there work in all the years since. Recently, we found that due to some additional settling one of the jacks had come loose. When I called to ask about the adjustment, they responded to my voicemail the same day and were more than willing to schedule a time within two business days to come do an adjustment. They are an experienced crew that take pride in their work and have been a pleasure to work with.

They gave me an exceptionally thorough estimate very quickly, and they walked me through the estimate and repairs over the phone and in person multiple times, to make sure all my questions were answered. They worked with my neighbors to plan drainage in their yard, which helped my drainage issues. They also did more than they said they would do, which made the finished product even better than expected, and they did not charge me for the extra work they undertook. Toward the end of the work, they uncovered some unexpected issues with the existing foundation, which changed some of the original plan to remedy the foundation. They discussed all the options with me and gave me honest feedback on the pros and cons of the various options along with pricing. I never felt pressured and appreciated having all the various options presented to me, along with their feedback, and the space to decide which would be best for me. All along they were incredibly responsive, honest and professional. I very strongly recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful! American Standard Foundation Repair submitted a bid to me with full description of their plan. An entire crew came to my house! Each man had a specialty, cutting, welding, etc. Before starting, Jason had me examine the material to be used and give my approval. And when finished, had me examine and approve the job completed! They were so professional, polite, cleaned up everything and made sure I was happy with the job! A bit later the owner, Michael Herring, called to get my opinion of the service! Never had that happen before! He told me they also do other things and if I needed something to call! You can bet I will! HIGHLY recommend them! A+ in my book!

The work was excellent. At the time of the bid, the owner listed to our concerns and explained in detail what would be done. When the work started the foreman kept me informed of each step and showed me materials for each step. The crew was courteous and treated both my wife and I professionally. Clean up was fantastic. They were professional, courteous, timely, affordable, and provided quality work. I would use them again and would recommend them highly.

French drain installed on side of house and 2 gutter down spouts routed into French drain. The above work did not stop any of the water intrusion into the crawl space. Communication with sales wasn't the greatest and wasn't consistent. I used this company because of the many positive reviews of Michael Herring on Angie's list.It was disappointing that he wasn't physically here at the site to assess the situation. I believe if he would have assessed our problem from the beginning it would have been repaired correctly the 1st time. I fully understand that they disclose that they can't guarantee any water intrusion work but it's just very disappointing to spend this amount of money and not improve the problem one bit.

I just recently purchased my home as-is with some slight foundation/leveling issues. after calling around and getting estimates I was worried I might have made a mistake buying this home. I eventually came across this company and I couldn't have been happier with the end result. they know there stuff and quickly found the problem with my house! (piers did not have concrete footers) so they took out the piers and made concrete footers and beefed up my piers with double stacks. everyone else I talked to did not know how to correctly fix my house or wanted to do a quick job to come back later to make more money from me. Mike and Jason and the crew were very nice and respectful. they were on time every day and did a excellent job! I highly recommend these guys.

l called out three companies to give me an estimate on the repair. American Standard Foundation Repair of Northwest Arkansas was the first to respond.
The owner, Michael Herring visited my home and reviewed the problem. He was courteous and was quick to assure me that what he recommended for the fix was the best option and most economical. I can say I felt comfortable with his analysis. The remaining two also came but I did not get the same confidence I got with Michael. Also one of the other estimate was almost 3 times the amount, ridiculous.
I hired American Standard and am very happy with their work. Their fix was to replace the wood with concrete and steel shims. I met three of the five workers, Brandon, Tyler and Shane. All were just super courteous and answered all my questions. Two days later the work was completed and done correctly just as they said it would be.
Without reservation, I would highly recommend American Standard Foundation to anyone needing this work done.

We bought an older house last year and discovered during heavy rains water would seep into the edges of the basement via the crawlspace. We spoke to two different foundation companies who each had a very different and expensive idea to correct our issue. Their ideas just didn't seem to make sense. Then American Standard Foundation Repair was recommended to us and they were the first ones who seemed to know exactly how to handle the water issue. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. They prepared a precisely drawn contract with everything itemized and gave us ample time to decide whether to move forward. ASFR was on top of everything from the permitting phase through installation and all the way to clean up. When they left we could hardly tell we'd had trenches dug all around the house. We have dealt with many contractors over the years and I must say ASFR is at the top of the list with regard to integrity. We have had several substantial rains this week and there has been no leakage in the crawlspace.

We live in an older home (built in the late 70's) with a lower level walkout basement. About a year after moving in we getting water in the basement every time is rained really hard (which was almost always at night) which left my husband and myself up all night running our wet vac to clean up the water. I originally called Mike back in 2013 and he came out and gave us a very detailed estimate to fix the problems we were having. We weren't in position to have the work done back then. Then in September we were finally in a position to have it done, I called Mike back and he came out and looked at the house again and the estimate went up only a fraction from the original 2 years earlier (which made us very happy!) His crew came out and got started mid October and took them only 4 days (a lot shorter than we expected) to get everything completed. His crew was polite, kept the mess to a minimum and had the front and side of our house back together quickly! We've had two decent rains since they finished and so far so good!

Very professional. Mike gave me a very detailed estimate and explained each step. I felt very well informed of what was going to happen. The gutters and downspouts were installed first. A few months later they came back and re-built support under the house. It took 6 days. Zach, Brandon, and team did a great job. It was not an easy job, as the only access is through an opening in my closet. They hauled cement block and buckets of cement, among other things, for a long time. They were friendly, professional, timely, and very hard workers. I am very impressed with the job they did, and my house feels much more solid. I am very impressed with this business!
