Cochran Heating and Air Conditioning

My repairman installed a nest thermometer and looked at the upstairs AC unit to assess the viability of repair. He concluded that he could not repair it and give me very reasonable quotes for a replacement options.

Communicated directly with Cochran Plumbing and Heating. Very efficient. The plumber who came was polite and highly skilled. Job was done at less than half the price of other quotes. Excellent!

Very professional and experienced.

Did not hold up to contract and does not pull inspection slips. Left half the old duct work and did not seal all the old vents. After all that they broke my gas line to my water heater and clamped it off. Now I have to have someone else come in and fix it, Cochran was going to charge me for their mistake. Come on Angie do your background checks before adding idiots that do not know what their doing. Plus they left me damn house a mess. I am speaking to an attorney. Do not email me again or call. That was 10 grand down the toilet very unprofessional.

Found the problem quickly. Still waiting on a part to make permanent fix.

Hottest days of summer& the air went out. Angie helped me to find Cochran H&A. He came out the next day, we were hoping a shot of freon would work & did till he left. I called him & he came right back out, checked & it was my blower, which he got right away & put it on the next day( on a Saturday) He was a nice man & got the job done! Very happy with his service! He seem nice enough at first I told him I couldnà ¢à  à  t pay till I got my check on the third I live on disability he said that would be fine he came out and did some work and said he would have to come back to work he did cost me 160 something dollars but he wired my air Straight into where at least we had air-conditioning which was excellent what happened was rodents had chewed my line that went in the house to the thermostat and he never came back to get paid I donà ¢à  à  t have checks and he told me that he would stop by well it had been like five weeks I hadnà ¢à  à  t heard from him Ià ¢à  à  m feeling guilty because I havenà ¢à  à  t paid him yet so I text Him Said I would try to find someone who had a checkbook and send him the money I owed I sent him 30 extra because when he came back out to fix it it was gonna be 260 well he told me he would be out one week I said home waited he never showed up called nothing so I left him a text and said I said home all last week Ià ¢à  à  ve got stuff I need to get done I need to know what day youà ¢à  à  re coming and he said Monday or Tuesday so said here Monday and Tuesday still didnà ¢à  à  t show up text Tuesday he said he was shorthanded and it had rained and most the work was outside so he wouldnà ¢à  à  t be here never heard from him again text him and he said he was having licensing problems and I said well can you at least tell me what you did to my unit and what needs done so I can tell the next person no response asked if he was sending the extra $30 back I paid for the upcoming work and he said no he was keeping it for interest and I reminded him the first day he was here he told my cousin he was a godly man he text me and told me he would send me back a full refund thatà ¢à  à  s been going on 2 1/2 weeks still nothing was waiting for the money to come back so I could call someone else out doesnà ¢à  à  t sound like someone I would want to recommend to anybody unless you want someone to come over and rig it up to work at the minute but never show back up to fix it right I donà ¢à  à  t think that I deserve this kind of treatment I text him and told him if he didnà ¢à  à  t plan on sending my money back he shouldnà ¢à  à  t of lied about it And that I was going to put a post on his company website I Definitely donâ  t feel like I was done right to the Cold spell where it got down to 24 at night we had no heat and I text him that I donâ  t know if heâ  s done this to anyone else or not.

He was very good at finding the problem, & getting it fixed. He's a very kind man that makes sure your taken care of!
