WRIGHT'S MOVING INCThe movers showed up 1 hour later than expected. They couldn't find my house. There were not enough people on the crew to get the work done quickly, so friends of mine who were there to help me pack were conscripted into helping move furniture. It was wet and muddy outside but they dragged my mattress through the muck. I was very displeased with the whole experience.- Rome H.

Starving Artists MovingQuoted 4 - 5 hours. Which should have been correct. 3 movers showed up. Truck was having issues with lift gate when they got there. But found out later that the clock had already started while they were working on the lift. They milked the move out to 7 hours and would have been longer if my husband and I had not jumped in and started moving items to the truck for them to load. Found them on their phones several times just standing in the back of the truck. Contacted manager about the disappointment of the service that was received and how we had to move items also. Was assured he would be calling me later that day. 2 weeks later have not heard anything. Would not recommend them to anyone to use. On a good note. Had a spinet piano that they moved. They were very careful and did a good job with it. Hind sight..Maybe just hired them for piano move.- Kim R.

Gator Moving & Storage CoWe moved to Kansas to be near our children and grandchildren. I interviewed several movers, the usual National companies and then Gator because a friend had used them locally in Gainsville. They were very competitive price-wise and I just felt like I was going to get excellent personal service, which I did. Nothing was broken or even scratched. They arrived at the arranged time and worked steadily packing all day and came back the next day to finish and load the trucks. Upon arrival at our home in Kansas they placed the furniture where I asked and adjusted several pieces to suit me and placed every box in the correct room. The entire process was the least stressful of any move I have made, and I have more stuff now than I have ever had!- Susan G.

Three Men With A Truck & TrailerIt was scheduled for a Friday morning. By 1:30 that afternoon, and many phone calls that went straight to voicemail (was my number blocked) I had to leave the house. I live approx. 20 miles from where I was moving. The movers did show up the next morning and those guys were excellent! Thank you. And I didn't mind paying them, but it was way more than the lady on the phone quoted me. They were worth it, but the lady should not be involved in the business. Did she overbook, then block me, and quote me less than what they charged? If I could just hire the guys direct and go around that lady and her inadequate quote and scheduling, that would be great!- Connie H.

I was very disappointed. None of the above questions revealed my disappointment. I think there was a misunderstanding probably on my part. I was under the impression that they were going to pack some of my things. As it turned out they packed nothing and did not even have any boxes. I had to be out of my apartment by 5 o’clock so I ended up having to leave a few things to meet the deadline. They told me my mounted TV could be taken down by them but they were not able to mount it. I agreed with that but they did not take down the TV it was still on the wall when I went into that room. Hopefully I learn something from this move.

In what is normally a chaotic experience Qwaan and Jamon did an awesome job. They ran into some unexpected hold ups earlier in the morning and still managed to make it out and do an amazing job in spite of the early morning troubles. They were polite and very careful with moving things to not damage the items or walls or anything else. Tony was very helpful in getting everything setup and accommodating through the entire process. Will definitely use them again for my next move.

Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

I opted in for the full packing service so they literally packed EVERYTHING, disassembled, loaded it, drove it, then unloaded and reassembled it at my new home. Went beautifully. On time every time. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. The leader, Danny, pointed out the damages as they occurred and believe me it was minimal. A first for us in our 20+ moves. Piano was moved without problems. They carefully disassembled the exercise equipment, electronics,computer equipment and carefully packed them. They reassembled the exercise equipment and tested it on delivery. They carefully moved the washer and dryer without denting the thin front! Wow! They marked all boxes accurately and mixed room contents very little. They were very caring people as I had to take my wife to emergency room shortly after they got to work. At first I was uneasy leaving but they proved to be trustworthy and very caring. There were no problems leaving them for that six hours. All was not perfect, it never is. Other than a few minor dings I can count on one hand the only other issue was they were unable to reattach the dryer vent and move it into its final location. I had to finish it myself. It required a new vent hose. It became apparent at the start that the two 26’ trucks would not contain everything. Christy had no problems getting a third truck and crew on site the next morning. There was no delay to the original timeline, only the extra charge for the truck and crew. But she did give us a discount on it. They moved live plants, a first in our moves. All in all the best move ever. They made a very stressful time a little less so.
