"It was a pleasure to have Tim, Jesse and Calvin build a fence on my property. Tim owns the company-Stranger Creek Fence. They were dedicated and helpful throughout the process. Tim designed the fence and it was built in a stair-step manner along with other angular designs. It was a beautiful design. They worked almost non-stop in the heat and I suggested to them that they stop and hydrate. I guess since they are young men they can work for hours without a break. I was impressed with their work ethic. Tim took the time to talk to me about various ideas and how to solve minor problems along the way. They first had to clear some wild overgrown bushes and then prepare the ground. Then, they had to cement in the posts in their exact positions before building the fence. They cut the wood to various sizes and placed the wood between the posts in an artistic manner. I was impressed with their go-getter attitude, their helpfulness and kindness. Also, on top of the heat and some mud, Tim and his crew had to deal with a difficult neighbor next door and they did this in a highly ethical and professional manner. "Everything went great. The crew arrived a few days earlier than I expected, and they were done in 2 days -- one day to pull out the old fence and set new posts, one day to put up the new fence. Construction was as promised -- from the size of lumber used to the fact they use screws instead of nails (very important for windy Kansas weather). A bit more expensive than another quote I got, but I feel like I got the right quality for the right price."
