"As everyone who has ever done business with us knows, if there is any damage or issues, it's taken care of. Period. Other than a 4" black mark on a wall that would've came off with a magic eraser or wet cloth, there was zero damage on this move. This black mark, and my phone call to her during the move to set her mind at ease which turned into major miscommunication due to not being able to get a word in edge-wise, is the reason for this review full of untruths on Angie's list and pretty much every other review site known to man. When my crew noticed the mark on the wall and told the customer, she became very upset. I called her as soon as I was told this to set her mind at ease. As I was trying to explain that a small mark on a wall is no big deal and that it will be easily and promptly fixed, I was cut off, berated and not allowed to talk. There were no breaks taken, let alone while on the clock, no lazy workers and no hidden fees. The move was completed in less time than quoted, saving the customer money. Again, the only issue was a tiny black mark on a wall which turned into all this. I'm extremely easy to work with and equally reasonable. This whole thing is unfortunate and was so avoidable. We are the top rated mover on Yelp in KC for going on 6 years. This doesn't happen by accident."

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I do apologize that there were some issues during your move. With regard to the email issue, Mike, my office manager who has since been terminated, took down your email incorrectly which caused these issues. Regarding being difficult to reach, my office manager had spent weeks in my office planning to violate his non compete agreement by starting their own company with another one of my top employees. I found out and had to terminate both immediately which put the company in a huge bind in the office and in the field, In regards to the scratched wall, mess in garage, etc, I offered to send someone out to repair the damage, clean up the mess in the garage and buy you a new smoker if necessary. You told me about the issues which I immediately and painlessly attempted to resolve but you told me the conversation was just so I could address it with the employees and you would not be leaving any negative reviews. Obviously, during a move there are literally hundreds of chances for a minor slip up or error to take place. What makes us an A rated company is that when an issue arises, I, the owner don't make my customers jump through hoops to get them taken care of by making them fill out forms, mail them certified, etc like all other moving companies do. This is the reason we're one of the most reputable moving companies in the US. Thank you for your business."

"As discussed when we spoke after your move, the employee in question was immediately terminated upon hearing of your experience. I also gave you a huge discount for your trouble. Keep in mind, when a company has 20+ employees and 1 has a bad day, that is not a reflection of how the company operates. That's a reflection of the employee making bad decisions and getting himself fired. The large discount you received and the fact that the employee was promptly terminated is a reflection of how Moving Pros operates. I'm sorry you had a poor experience with our company.
