"From the very beginning when Nathan came out to give us the estimate to the finished installation everything was flawless. The estimate was fair and there was never any pressure. Every question I asked was answered in a timely manner. Throughout the time we signed the agreement until the windows arrived from the factory we received a text every 2 weeks with an update on the progress /stage of the windows in production. Once the windows arrived at Factory Direct we were notified and install date was scheduled quickly. The first day of installation Bret, their lead installer, called to tell us they were on their way to the house and arrived as they indicated. Bret and Andrew were our installers and they got to work right away. They were able to remove the 9 old windows and install the 9 new ones the first day. They came back the next day and completed all the trim work. The install was done beautifully with some exterior trim that really looks great on our sunroom where the windows were replaced. Bret and Andrew cleaned up each day before they left and answered any questions we had. We are very pleased with the process from start to completion from Factory Direct and would not hesitate to use them again."

"I had originally called as I had some storm damage and needed them to look at a couple shingles. When they came out, they assured me they didn't need to go up onto the roof at all and told me I had some nail pops and the obvious shingles that were missing. I was quoted for the work (just under $1000) and had to put $500 as a deposit. fast forward to the day they came out. Not only did they bring a shingle not even close but when the project manager was up on the roof told me that I had way more going on up on the roof and they highly recommend replacing the whole roof due to water damage and condition of shingles. At this point I did my due diligence and shopped around after getting the quote for a full roof replacement. I got quotes from 4 other companies who all came up quite a bit lower (material costs across the board were lower), and the icing on the cake was the fact that EVERY SINGLE ONE asked me the question why didn't the first company go up on the roof at first as they all agreed I needed to replace it. So, if Cochran would have just went on the roof in the first place I wouldn't have had to even put the original deposit in which they didn't even fix issues as it needed replaced and so I paid essentially $500 for them to caulk a couple place and not just go on the roof THE FIRST TIME and find the issue up front... I called to let them know I was going with another company who was a much lower quote for the exact same work, and they didn't even offer a refund (ethical thing to do since they didn't even go on roof at first) and even admitted that they should have just gone on the roof the first time when I asked them to! If you are looking for a quote from this company, all I have to say is just avoid or be careful."
