Jamie and Rodo and crew were the utmost professionals. Jamie came out the first time to check out the job & then a second time to meet with us and go over options and pricing. He is very kind and patient. The guys showed up on time this morning ready to work. They listened to any concerns and had our new front door installed in less than 4 hrs. They cleaned up and also protected the inside where they worked. I would use Black Tie Builders again and would highly recommend them to friends and family. I had a new roof, siding and gutters installed by this company and they did excellent. I’ve dealt with contractors before on other homes I’ve had in the past and it’s been a hassle. There was no up-charging or change in price, they were there when they said they’d be and did a great job on the clean up as well. Very professional group of guys and I could tell they knew what they were doing and wasn’t some storm chasers!
