Tip Top Roofing & Construction

I had 3 estimates. I chose one estimate from a friend’s recommendation, one from a recent job in the neighborhood, and I chose Tip Top Roofing on previous reviews on several sites. Tip Top came in with the best estimate. Adam was great to work with. He provided me with two brochures of shingle selections and answered any questions I had. His roofing crew was great. They were here at the time they said they would be and got right to work. They done a really good clean up job after they had the new roof installed. It looks good. My gutters were installed a week later and they look nice, also. Adam is one of the best people I have ever had business dealings with. I would recommend his company to everyone.

He quoted me a fair price and didn’t play salesman - simply provided his quote, was available if I had questions, and let me make a decision; which I very much appreciated. The crew did great work, were very friendly, finished in one day, and even went around the house with magnets after they were done to make sure they picked up any stray nails. I couldn’t recommend Adam and Tip Top Roofing more!

The owner from Tip Top Roofing called me immediately after I requested a quote from him. He came out the same day and gave me an estimate of what it would be then once he got on the roof and did the full inspection, the quote ended up being lower than what he originally stated. I had him walk around as I explain some other concerns and he was extremely knowledgeable and was fair with the quote, He is someone I could trust because of his character and knowledge. I originally requested quotes from multiple people and I did not even pursue the other two because of how well I liked Tip Top Roofing. His team came out and they all did an excellent job. I need a roof replacement in a few years and he definitely has my business. This is truly a great company.

Excellent! I had a roof on a second home that was in very poor shape and had interviewed a half dozen contractors before Adam. They all either tried to sell me what I didn't need, inflated their estimates, violate building codes and even tried to give me a "veterans discount" ...... but after jacking up the cost or course. Adam was upfront, honest and kept me informed of issues with the original roof. He has an excellent crew that works hard and completes the job on time. It's hard to find honest contractors these days so take a chance with others if you like but you can be assured the job will be done right at a fair price with Adam.

Seldom do I write reviews, but in today's world, when you find a vendor who shows up at the time promised, communicates the fine details about the work and has a reasonable charge for service, I feel I should let others know. If these characteristics are important to you, then Tip Top Roofing will be the company you will want to hire. Adam, the owner, relates well with customers and answered all of my questions concerning the project. He also alerted me to a problem he noticed while working that was not in his line of work and he offered information on a company that had the expertise to do the work.

Contractor was great to work with, took care of all the details and a accommodated all of my requests. Super easy process and great installation job.

Adam and his team were great throughout the entire process. He came out in estimated the house for us during our home inspection. Adam worked us into his schedule his team was fantastic. They were punctual and the finished product looks great. There was no trash left in the yard upon completion.

I would Highly recommend Tip Top Roofing & Construction to anyone! They did two big remodeling jobs for us at different times. They reconstructed/ remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom. It looks amazing and was everything we wanted and more! They are very professional, neat, gave us a fair price and got it done in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
