"It went great. It was the first time I had ever used an exterminator so I really didn't know what to expect. Ben was very professional and was a totally calming influence on me. There was great follow up. He even checked out my yard's mole problem and advised me he could provide mole extermination service. So now I've signed up for that as well. Roberta was the person I talked to on the phone and Ben was the person who came to my house and provided the service. I would and have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."
