I recently hired TruGreen to spray my yard. They had three applications. The initial application was good. The next applications weren't. Actually, my wife said they sucked. Even my neighbor said they came and applied it when the grass was wet. Matter of fact, I have to go out today or tomorrow and throw down my own weed and feed. Whatever they did on the second and third application didn't work. It was just the weeds. As far as I know they did just the weed and feed. The initial application worked, but after that they came back. i'm not happy with it. They were responsive when they came out. I wasn't here when they came out. The person I dealt with on the phone was professional.

Oh my. We have had them for servicing us for a long time and we keep trying to figure why we keep them. I wouldn't recommend them.

Have been customer for many years paying for multiple lawns to be done. Concerned about deceptive practices when receipt left by person doing work doesn't match what was told would be done--only spot weed control done when paying for fertilizer also. If I don't study fine print on receipt left would never know. How often does this happen and people pay for more than receive? Sprayed chemicals into children's pool last year. Call to try to correct numerous times and what am told is being entered into the system to schedule appointments is not done twice in a row. They don't get second application done in spring for 60 days after first application in late March so dandelions and weeds all over yard. HOA thinks not even using a lawn service. When talk to supervisor she says they do new customers first--so apparently they will tell you anything to add you as a new customer but beware you can't count on reliable service once you are a customer. There is little quality control and the supervisors don't fix problems when they occur.

I would probably give them 80% satisfaction rate. Overall I'm pretty satisfied, probably 3/4th of the way satisfied. They need to come out and re-treat. We've got some sticky weed growing up in our backyard where the weed eater put it into the yard and they don't seem to be catching it. They come out once a month. We pay $50-$60 a month. They're consistent on time. If we're unhappy, they will come back readily.

They burnt my yard from the front to back on one side. There are yellow spots in the yard. This is the second time this is happened. My yard was green and beautiful before they started. They state on their site and in their paperwork if you are not happy they will take care of you in 48 hours. It has been past 48 hours. IF they have went to school why is there an issue with grass. He stated there was probably a leak in the hose. How is there a leak. This is not water this is a chemical and you have to be careful. My neighbors on both sides get their lawn completed by someone else and their lawns do not look like this. they did come back fix said they done looks good now we move

We switched over to them because the other company kept missing parts of our lawn. We used them several times last year. We got a yearly contract with them. My husband is happy with them. He hasn't complained about them yet. They leave a card after they're done. We found them through a flyer. We will continue to use them.

I had bad spots in my yard and they were not in a hurry to treat them. They were expensive. They need to improve their service and be a little cheaper.

I like that they let me know usually a day or so before that they're coming. They're great about coming when they say they will. I like that I can pay my bill over the phone with my debit card, so there's no hassle. It seems like what they've done with the yard has helped, so it looks like they're applying the right products.

They did the early and late Spring applications. When it came to the summer they did one on June 10 and another on July 12. According to their own records they were here for eleven minutes on the 12th. We have almost 2/3 of an acre. After the application we called and asked them to come back and spray for the weeds that were missed. They did. We waited 10 days as they recommended then had to call them again about the weeds. They came out and resprayed some of the weeds by just walking around the yard with a tank. We waited another 10 days and called again about the weeds and was told that the 30 day time limit was up for the service call to spray for weeds. At this point I told them to cancel the service. This is the second year using them and our yard looks worse than the neighbor that did nothing and worse than when we started their service.

It was fine but we could not cancel it. They just kept coming or at least we kept receive bills. We paid for this service at least 6 months past when we wanted to terminate. They sent us to collections several times because we thought it was all paid and closed out but there were new bills.

They do a pretty good job. They keep trying to sell things though that I do not want.

The convenience and price are both very appealing. I don't have to be home when they come. The quality of their work is excellent. I'll continue to use their services in the future.

It was not good at all because they would send a notice stating the grass looked good, which it didn't. The front looked good, but the grass in the back was all brown. It was like they didn't care to take their time. My husband had to take them out and show them all the weeds we had that they were supposed to be spraying for.

I pay them every other month. I have been using their service for the last fifteen years now. I like that there service always is the same good quality. I also like that there is many different options when it comes to payment. They leave a note on the door stating that they were here and what they did. If they notice any problems they will also put it on there and then tell you what you can do to fix the problem.
