"They were great to work with from beginning to end. They had a rep come out quickly to inspect our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed after our lower level flooded. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. "Great price for the work, had some concrete slabs of a 38 year old multi-slab patio leveled. very happy with the results to remove trip hazards and return proper slop for rain runoff. Hope that i wont need them again but will use them if I do and would recommend to anyone."

They have impressive printed material, the salesman spent lots of time with us explaining the problem, the solutions he offered, the costs, and all with no high pressure. The salesman and all of the workers could not have been more pleasant to deal with. They were polite, answered all of our questions, and never said a foul word in all the time they were here. We could not believe the extent that they went to to keep our house clean. They set up, did the job inside and outside, tore down and cleaned up in five hours. They offer a lifetime warranty on the job; the other company that we almost chose only offered ten years. Their interior solution made more sense than the outside piping that we had considered, and the overall cost was about a third of what we had almost decided on from another company, and with no hidden costs."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"When tearing out the concrete they hung plastic sheeting to contain the dust and put down heavy paper runners on the floors to protect them.  They did a very thorough job of cleaning up. It was all done in one day and the crew did not leave until it was all done. The work was substantially well done, but a little lacking in some details.  Specifically, the curb on a raised pad for the washer/dryer was sloppy and the level on some of the trench covering was not on level with the rest of the floor.  A work bench ended up with one leg off the floor when I put it back in place.  The pipe from the sump pump was not neatly installed.  Admitedly, this may be nitpicking. I was a little disappointed at the follow through from the salesman. He did spend the time necessary to inspect, evaluate and present the proposal. But, when I had questions regarding the work, he referred me to the office.  I was raised by a salesman and expected more continuity from this person."
