"Working with Michael to set up the two moves with terrific. My problems came from the actual movers. The first movers dropped a heavy piece and damaged it. This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. The second move was done by a different group who picked up our things and delivered them. Again some damage. My problem with the second move was with the claim department at National Van Lines. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."

"Indy Moving moved furniture from a house where I was living to my new house (a distance of about 3.5 miles) then moved additional furniture from a storage building to my new home ( a distance of about 1 mile).  This included antique furniture, electronics, new furniture still packed in shipping containers, a garden tiller and a chipper shredder.  They carefully moved and packed everything and just as carefully moved everything into the new house.  They did not scratch a single item!  They were careful yet efficient.  The two movers were very personable, good natured and a joy to work with.  If I ever have to move again (but I hope I never do), I will definitely give Indy Moving a call.

"Unfortunately, I was at work while the move was being made. I was, however, in constant communication with the person I bought the table from, as well as my wife at home. The movers arrived on time at the sellers house, and had the table broke down and packed up within 45 minutes. They arrived at my house promptly, and the 2 movers were very courteous and professional with my wife. She had to call me to confirm a few placement details, but the movers offered their advice on placement in the meantime, which coincided exactly with how I wanted it, which tells me, they know what they are doing, and want it to be right! They took great care in centering the table, and ensuring it was absolutely level. After the slate was placed back on the table, again, they ensured it was still level. The refelt job is top quality, as well. I could not be any more pleased with their service! If I ever need this table moved in the future, I will definitely do business with them again! Of course, I hope it stays where it is forever!
