"They were great to work with from beginning to end. They had a rep come out quickly to inspect our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed after our lower level flooded. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. "We had a basement that always had water in it almost year round. We decided to sell the house and move to North Carolina.
