"They were great to work with from beginning to end. They had a rep come out quickly to inspect our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed after our lower level flooded. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. They have impressive printed material, the salesman spent lots of time with us explaining the problem, the solutions he offered, the costs, and all with no high pressure. The salesman and all of the workers could not have been more pleasant to deal with. They were polite, answered all of our questions, and never said a foul word in all the time they were here. We could not believe the extent that they went to to keep our house clean. They set up, did the job inside and outside, tore down and cleaned up in five hours. They offer a lifetime warranty on the job; the other company that we almost chose only offered ten years.
