My company was hired by Mark to make a cople small plumbing repairs he never paid his bill sstay clear of this guy

Quick and efficient

Stay clear. Mark the owner is a great salesman, however does NOT finish (if he actually finishes the job) on a timely manner. Had to terminate his company and seek professional contractor elsewhere. It cost me triple after I hired another company to go back and correct their mistakes.

Mark was great to work with and extremely knowledgeable - I will be working with him again!

Brand new rubber roofing over garage. Made sure it was done right

In 2016, I hired this company to do a fire restoration and I wish I never would have. It took 6 months of us living in a hotel and constantly pressing them to get the work done and there were so many mistakes that they never even fully insulated the attic. I had to take them to court to get the attic insulated and get the lien they slapped on my property removed. Now, more than 6 years after I moved back in, I noticed my house smelling and called a company to do an inspection. Come to find out, they laid the insulation incorrectly in the attic, placing it into the corners and blocking the venting in the soffit so the air can not get into the attic. On top of that, they did not vent the bathroom fan properly so that it vents outside. As a result, I have mold in my attic that I have to pay to be remediated on top of fixing the issues that caused it due to their incompetence. I am looking at over $1500 worth of repairs and remediation costs. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else or you will have more problems later. Update: when they removed the mold & corrected the issue with the insulation, they informed me that there was not enough blown-in insulation in my attic & the exposed drywall was causing the mold along with the attic vents being covered by insulation. After insulation, it cost over $2400 to repair. On top of that, there are wires hanging out of my siding & the garage is NOT prepped to paint. There is a tape that is not even flat to the wall & never has been. The tape has even started to crack. I would have to fix this before I could even get it painted. I am constantly having to pay to fix the crap work done by this company. I can provide photos!!

Mark from M&D was very thorough with his evaluation and appraisal of the water damage. to my family room. He approached the repairs with an effort to contain the cost of my project. I felt the whole crew was very honest and experienced. It was a difficult project, one that was far more extensive once they explored both interior and exterior damage. I am totally pleased!

The provider was professional courteous on time helpful and resourceful, knows his craft , all assistants were well trained and attentive.the service provided to me was and is excellent .one hundred percent recommendation!

Employees were rude, I got yelled at multiple times for asking questions. The owner asked for the final payment before the project was finished, I paid him. They left me with leaky plumbing and electrical issues that I had to hire people to correct. The final product is nice, however, it took much longer than I was told. Tile turned out nice only because I made them redo a large section of tile that was not level. I was very disappointed with the owner. He said he would fix the plumbing but I never heard from him again. Do not pay him until the project is finished.

two days went to 9 days

I had a wood stove pipe removed in the house, ceiling repaired, outside chimney removed and roof repaired. You d never even know it was done! Looks great!

We had them remodel and expand our bathroom in the basement. We were not happy with the time it took to get done and the materials used.

Mark and the crew were great to work with very professional.
