"Steve Connor and Adam Miller set up the estimate and provided an outstanding 4 man team: Ferdinand, Eric, Carlos, and Jose are a very cohesive and focused team. They prepared our interior with plastic tarps, covering fireplace, stairs, and ceiling fan along with the floors with meticulous care. Matched ceiling pattern! No plaster dust! Everything cleaned and furniture replaced and it only took two days. They are the top level of skilled workers, and enjoyable to work with."

Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Plumber combine to create the most comprehensive, client-focused home service company in the Indianapolis area. Our process-driven team of experts is connected through a commitment to excellence, and a passion for serving others. We earn trust by educating on options, working in the best interest of every client, and backing up everything we do – in writing. Our goal is to exceed your expectations to provide a true comfort experience that feels right, because you know it’s right.

"We needed an inducer motor on our furnace repaired and made clear that we weren’t ready to buy a new system. The tech from Williams was only interested in repeating over and over how old our system was, and how we should just replace it. He told us that he wasn’t even sure he could get a replacement part. Eventually he told us that he could fix it, but it would be around $1100 and the part would take about a week to come in. Available information online said the part replacement should be in the range of $400-600. We felt the service was overpriced, but had to pay $98 for a service call that did nothing but confirm what I already knew. We called another company the next morning who was able to obtain the part same day and install it in under an hour for hundreds less, showed up on time, and didn’t try to scare us into immediately buying a whole new system."

"This is only a limited summary. Buyer, especially seniors, BEWARE! Average product, but very poor installation quality and workmanship. BCI-BathPlanet of Indianapolis arrived an hour late without calling, and no return calls from the office, sales rep., or service manager. They damaged three areas of an adjoining wall into another room using a Sawzall. And, they left without telling me. I had to cleanup the paint and drywall debris. The next day they arrived, and I showed they the damage. They admitted they damaged the wall using the Sawzall. I withheld $500 of my payment. It should have been at least $4,000. They promised the following business day, a Monday, they would have someone call to make the repair that day, but they did not show and did not call. When I called their Customer Service, BCI-BathPlanet would not return my calls total of about 20 times. I had to stop by their office twice but they claimed "there was nothing they could do" to make the service manager return calls. They refused to have the owner call me. Our sales rep. used deceptive sales practices by claiming to be a part-owner. The office told me he was not a part owner. When I visited the office they said I could only talk with the service manager. Shower shelves fell off the walls. Caulking was very poor. After almost three months they finally attempted to make some initial repairs. So.e were satisfactory, but others were so bad I had them remove parts of the decorative trim because they said "it was the best they could do"."

With a heritage of 1000+ completed solar installations and 10+ years experience, we are confident that you will be pleased with our quality installations and your beautiful, reliable, award winning system. We offer no money down financing for residential solar projects. Rectify is the winner of the 2014 Indiana Small Business Development Center's (ISBDC) Economic Development and Growth through Entrepreneurship (EDGE) Award winner. http://www.isbdc.org/2014-edge-winners/ *Certain restrictions apply

"I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. We signed a contract with them in Nov '21 for work to be completed in May '22 for a large multi-house project. In Nov '22 the work was finally "completed." Throughout that time there was minimal to no communication. I would get text messages about a work crew coming to work on the install and no one would ever show up. I would get last minute text messages asking for access to inside areas they had previously claimed they didn't need access. I have had them call and inform me that a "string of panels" was not functioning, only to have the tech arrive and say everything looks fine and it's all working. I still have never been given access to the system monitoring software, despite claims that I have, so I have no way of verifying if anything is working outside of random screenshots they send of their computer monitors. On of the least professional companies I've encountered. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere."

Energy Efficiency Auditing questions, answered by experts

After you receive your audit and report, review the findings and determine which of the prescribed changes you want to make to improve your home’s energy efficiency. Start by contacting the type of professionals recommended by the auditor who can help you remedy the issues discovered during the audit. Prioritize the projects by urgency, importance, and budget. Then, gather estimates from several professionals, remembering to verify any necessary licensing and experience information.

Window AC units use a fair amount of electricity during use, but the usage pales in comparison to central units. As a matter of fact, window units use around a third of the amount of energy as a central AC. On average, a window air conditioner costs between $15 and $40 per month to run, though this depends on a number of external factors.

If your AC runs constantly, it could be due to a number of things, including a faulty thermostat, incorrect temperature settings, or broken equipment. Alternatively, you might have an airflow problem (for example, blocked vents or leaky ductwork). Either way, an HVAC pro can identify the specific problem and fix it for you.

Audits include inspecting insulation, HVAC systems, windows, and appliances to identify energy inefficiencies.

Yes, energy-efficient windows really can make a difference. As long as energy-efficient windows are properly installed and maintained, they can reduce your energy bill and offer significant savings.
