It went superbly. Service is great, and the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about my vehicle as well as my spouse's. They are honest, no nonsense, and straight forward about the repairs that need to be done. I would say that they are on less than a dealer in price. We get a discount from AAA. We have been using ASG for about 20 or more years. As a woman, I feel I am treated with dignity and respect at all times by the staff. I have never, ever been talked down to by the repair people or the service advisors. They are there to answer any questions I have about my auto, or autos in general. Trust them completely and would not go anywhere else. They are stupendous to work with!

Very friendly and professional. They do quality work. I have been using them for more than 10 years. They maintain all of our cars. They kept me updated with their progress and estimate. Be on the alert for coupons! The car now runs very quietly and smooth. My wife is very happy that they were able to fix it, instead of having to get a replacement car.

Excellent.  We have used them several times through the years.  They are always professional, polite, efficient, and reasonable.  We would recommend them to anyone.

ASG accurately diagnosed my car's problem, gave me solid reasons for engine replacement verses repair, and provided a reasonable quote for their services. The engine replacement was completed quickly and professionally.... and the car is now running like new. If you own an older Mercedes, ASG is a great alternative to high-priced dealership repairs without sacrificing service quality. 

Automotive Service Group is excellent. They're very friendly, very personable and they did not charge me for something that didn't need doing which in automotive if you don't know a lot about it, it could happen. They were very upfront about it. All of my dealings with them have been very trustworthy and the repairs have been complete but I don't think that they're the cheapest out there.

They are really good.  They are independent automotive guys.  My experience with them has been really good.  They made a diagnosis on my car and made the fix.  But it didn’t correct the problem.  They did everything they could to re-diagnose and correct the problem.  They did that on their dime.  It was very unusual.  They are very responsible.  The other nice thing that they have is the $15 rental car service while my car is being repaired.  The rental is right at their shop.  So it couldn’t be any easier.  They are amazingly easy to work with.  I would go to someplace else if I wasn’t happy.  I would always use them.

It went very well.  I originally was told by a car dealership that my vehicle needed new rear brake pads.  My car had less than 25,000 miles on it, so I called Automotive Service Group (ASG) for a second opinion.  They offered to inspect my brakes at no charge.  When I took my vehicle in, ASG did research and found out that there was a class action suit for premature rear brake pad wear on my vehicle.  The settlement entitled me to a refund of a significant part of the cost of replacing the rear brake pads.  They gave me a 20% discount off the price the dealership quoted me.  I was impressed by their thoroughness and honesty.  They really earned my trust.  I will definitely use them again in the future.
