Very well, professional service with a professional report delivered to home after service.

He found I needed new insulation and pointed out some other problems. He does no repair work himself and makes no recommendations on providers. Very objective. He was very professional and thorough. Friendly person. I have no reservations recommending him and would encourage any homeowner to have this done on their home.

Art was great. He did a good job and was very interactive, informative and spent the time educating the homeowner.

Once we got the job scheduled (it took a little while, since you need to have a 20 degree difference between the house temperature and the outside temp), it was a great experience.  He came with a camera that takes infrared pictures of almost every area of the home and showed us where we are losing heat.  It was incredibly informative, and now we know how we should spend our money to improve the efficiency of our older, Broad Ripple home.

It was awesome - they did infrared pictures of the house to show where all the leaks were, then a blower door test to understand how much air is getting in and out of the house, then made recommendations on how to fix it.  A few days later, they mailed me a book with the pictures, data and recommendations of what to do to make my home more efficient.  He was polite and helpful as i asked questions.  Great Experience.

Art,  identified some areas for improvement but overall, the house did not show any major issues of concern.  The blower door test came in as ?good? with acceptable amount of air leakage.  By acting on the improvements suggested by this report I will  decrease my energy use and create a more comfortable environment in every room. Art was prompt in setting up the appointment and arrived on time. The test took about an hour to complete. He e-mail the results along with a hard copy via US Mail, I would certainly use his service again.

I was very impressed with this service.

Purchased service as an Angie's List deal.   Arrived promptly and was very thorough.  Explained what he was doing as he went and when he found an issue, explained what might need to be done to correct the problem.  Did a blower door test to determine how airtight the house was and explained the results. Was here over an hour and gave me a summary of his findings before he left and then later e-mailed me a complete report with pictures.

It was good. I don't remember him being late. So that means he was probably on time. He was really casual. I wanted to walk around with him and see everything he was doing as he did it. He didn't have a problem with that. He walked around and explained everything as he did it and then sent a pretty thorough report when he was done. He gave a pretty good discount. The report came a little slow. I actually have made recommendations to other people.

Art used his thermal camera to identify and take pictures of air leaks all throughout my house. He also performed a door blower test to identify additional leaks that were not previously visible. He was very friendly and professional. He took his time and went through the entire house. For each leak that he found, he gave me advice on how to fix the issue. He also put me in contact with a handyman to help get some advice on how to handle one of the more severe air leak areas. Once the work was complete, he put together a package of all the pictures he took and descriptions of the air leaks. He came out to my house on a Friday and emailed me the package the following Monday. He also mailed a hard copy, which I received about a week later. It was definitely worth it, and it helped me identify the problem areas in my house so that I can make some fixes to help conserve heat.

It turned out just fine. I would use them again and would recommend them.

Scheduling was ok, we had to reschedule due to the weather because there had to be a twenty degree difference between the inside and out. He had an infrared camera which I liked. His blower door was too small and didn’t block off for 8 foot tall doors, we had to place the blower door in a less than ideal location which may have affected the reading.

It was fine.  He gave us a lot of useful information.  He showed us how we could improve the insulation in our home.  He provided a name to help insulate the house.  He sent us photos.  He was on time.  The price was acceptable.
