Left a long message stating I did not want to cancel the order but was concerned because no one returned my calls. Finally, received a call from a regional manager. He connected me to a local manager who set up an install date a week later. The installers were polite and professional. Gave me some helpful advise. Job was completed in less than a day. The shower door came a week later. I have had the shower for over a month. It is beautiful. I love it. Quality work. I would highly recommend Premier Home Pros."

Primary Maintenance came out to diagnose the faucet issue and confirmed that it needs new cartridges. I ordered new cartridges and they arrived and Primary Maintenance came back out. Carl, the tech, came out and was confused by the cartridges and said that another plumber could complete this job and to call the office to get it set up. I called to have the other tech come out and John said that because they had to come out multiple times I would have to pay for it. So I called home warranty company.
